Lots of space and good facilities. The host was lovely and friendly and helpful.
The host kindly didn’t charge us for the bed linen and towels which I was pleased about. Had I been expected to pay for them m not sure I would have been very happy as the quality was quite poor. Lots of hand towels and no bath towels made it uncomfortable to dry yourself after a shower.

Lovely gite in Ardeche
Great space for a family. Good value for money. Easy to reach gorge and caves in the area. Nice pool and garden with good facilities.
All good for a 2 night stay. Would be less keen on shared terrace with just wooden dividers if staying longer.

It was nice but it is not a private villa with aircondition
We, like the other families were expecting a private villa. It turns out to be a villa with 3 apartments. There was no aircondition only floor cooling on the ground floor which obviously didn’t cool on the first floor. It was really hot on the first floor

Logement ne correspondant pas à la description du site
Le concept avec piscine partagée, air de jeu et boulodrome pourrait être très sympa.
Le logement est spacieux et très bien situé.
Le logement est composé de 3 gites côte à côte.
Les terrasses sont séparés par un brise vu et les logements ne sont absolument pas isolés phonétiquement. On entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans le logement.
La chambre enfants est en mezzanine ouverte sur le salon et le garde corps est composé de 3 ou 4 cordelettes ce qui est dangereux pour les enfants en bas âges.
La climatisation du logement se fait par le sol, la chambre enfant est constamment chaude.
Tous ces détails ne sont pas du tout stipulés dans l'annonce ce qui est bien dommage.
Nous avons également été déçu par la propreté du logement.
A notre arrivée il y avait de l'urine dans les WC. Les joints de douches sont noirs de moisi ou de saleté.
Les joints du frigo également.
Nous avons passé la première matinée à faire du ménage pour pouvoir être à l'aise (toile d'araignée, sol, cuisine...).
Nous avons également subi une odeur de fausse septique très forte et permanente émanent de la douche.

Agréable séjour
Logement au calme, avec un beau cadre, idéal pour se réunir entre amis ou famille, les logements sont bien équipés, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dedans et pour l’extérieur également. La personne qui s’occupe des gîtes est très sympathique et disponible par message. Nous avons passés un court séjour mais nous l’avons apprécié.
RAS sauf tout petit bémol, il n’y avait pas de balai dans tous les logements et manque d’un manche à aspirateur dans un ou deux gîtes mais nous avons pu nous arranger quand même.

Tolle Location für Familien, ca 10 Min mit dem Auto von der Ardeche entfernt.
Schöne Unterkunft im Pinienhain, außerhalb des Orte gelegen, ruhig.
Großzügiges Gelände, ausreichend Schatten. Nette Außenanlage, guter Pool ca 9 x7 m. großes Trampolin.
Alles Notwendige in der Küche vorhanden.
Nette Gästebetreuung und Vermittlung einer Kanutour.
Klimaanlage funkktioniert über den Fußboden im EG.
Daher wird es in der oberen Etage im Sommer leicht stickig, da nur ein Dachfenster vorhanden.
Das das Gebäude als ein Haus mit drei Wohneinheiten gebaut wurde, etwas hellhörig

Le gîte spacieux et pour les enfants , piscine, trampoline , balançoire. Un boulodrome. Bien équipé. Et les hôtes très sympathiques. Rien à redire . On recommande.

Au calme, sous les arbres
En fait il s'agit d'une maison abritant 3 logements différents. Nous étions dans le n°1. Le logement est très calme, idéalement situé entre les sites de l'Aven d'Orgnac et de la grotte Chauvet/les gorges de l'Ardèche. Le village de Labastide de Virac est également très joli. Possibilité de visiter le château. Possibilité également de se promener directement à partir du logement.
Le logement est confortable, spacieux. L'extérieur est très agréable, au milieu des arbres. Piscine, place pour la pétanque... Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse. Place de parking à l'ombre appréciable. L'hôte est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueillis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa La Lauze ! Le gîte est très bien équipé, avec une grande baie juste en face de la piscine, ce qui est vraiment agréable. Petit plus très apprécié : la plancha au gaz pour des repas conviviaux. La propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, à l’écoute et fait tout pour que le séjour soit parfait. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Nette Location in einer fabelhaften Umgebung
Die Villa La Lauze ist wie ein Reihenhaus mit drei Wohneinheiten konzipiert. Alle Wohnungen haben eine überdachte Terrasse. Auf dem Grundstück gibt's einen Pool, einen Boule Platz, einen Spielplatz und schattige Parkplätze. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb von Labastide de Virac und ist einfach zu erreichen.
Unsere Wohnung war komplett für Selbstversorger ausgestattet, nur ohne Backofen, den wir aber auch nicht vermisst haben. Dafür gibt's auf der Terrasse einen Gasgrill, allerdings nicht mit Grillrost sondern mit einer Bratfläche auf der wir z.B. Lachs auf der Haut gebraten haben, genial! In der Küche ist auch ein Geschirrspüler, der angenehm leise ist, so dass man den auch über Nacht laufen lassen kann. Ein Highlight ist die Klimatisierung: sie wird über die Fußbodenheizung realisiert, die über eine Wärmepumpe mit kaltem Wasser durchströmt wird. Die Abwärme wird wiederum zur Temperierung des Poolwassers genutzt.
Das größte Plus ist allerdings die Vermieterin: wir wurden herzlich aber unaufdringlich umsorgt, bekamen viele Informationen und hatten eine immer erreichbare Ansprechpartnerin.
Wer die Region um die Pont d Arc besucht, sollte auf jeden Fall eine Kajak Tour auf der Ardeche machen, in Salavas bei Locacano ist man gut aufgehoben, und wird in den Genuss eines spaßigen, aufregenden und absolut eindrucksvollen Erlebnis kommen.
Ebenso sollte man sich ein Menü in einem der Restaurants gönnen. Da die Plätze selbst außerhalb der Hauptsaison -auch von Einheimischen- stark nachgefragt werden, sollte man bereits Tage vorher reservieren. Wir kamen in Labastide de Virac nirgendwo unter und sind ins Le Picourel an der D579 gegangen, ebenfalls eine Empfehlung. Fazit: wenn es uns noch einmal an die Ardeche verschlagen sollte, werden wir uns wieder hier niederlassen!
Im Schatten am Haus oder Pool fühlten sich nicht nur wir uns, sondern auch diverse stechende Insekten wohl. Kein Drama aber beim nächsten Mal wären wir auf jeden Fall besser mit Repellents ausgerüstet um uns unattraktiver für die Tierchen zu machen.

Le fait que le four micro-ondes ne fonctionne pas (annoncé par un sms le jour de notre arrivée, ce qui aurait pu être anticipé) et il a fallu relancer la propriétaire pour en avoir un (remplacé le 4ème jour de notre séjour). Ce type d'incident peut être facilement évité par la prévention.

Logements humides
Nous n’avons pas pu intégrer les gîtes car les logements étaient infestés de salpêtre et de ce fait l’air était irrespirable donc impossible d’y loger. Il y a des gros problèmes d’humidité dans les gîtes. Dommage, le coin avait l’air sympa… sinon aucun problème pour le remboursement par booking.
