A perfect holiday home

The balcony patio was lovely and sunny. The place was also walking distance from the shops. It was spacious too.

There was only one tea towel and few cleaning cloths.

A rip off.

Good location. Great flat.

Hidden costs. The proprieter kept emailing me about a 103 euro charge for cleaning and laundry services. When I understood the reason for the cost I said no thanks. She told me that I had to clean the place and wash the laundry at the end. My party did our best with this in the available let time and still got 48 euros taken out of the deposit. So this was really an essential hidden cost. 48 euros should have been added to the upfront bill not buried in the small print.

Clean and with everything that you need for a very good stay The terace very big with the possibity to eat outside in a quiet athmosfere. Washing mashine available. The owner is very nice and receptive. Is helping with all the needs that you have. A place to stay and have a nice vacay

Perfekte Basis zum Kanufahren und für Ausflüge zu den Höhlen

Perfekte Lage nahe am Ortskern und nah am Fluss. Schöne Terrasse!!! Ausstattung und Einrichtung super; auch inkl. einiger Extras wie ausreichend Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Schwamm, Kaffee, Öl, Salz, etc.

Höchstens die Bilder im Schlafzimmer - aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Praktische Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse

Großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung, fußläufig zum Ort. Unkomplizierter Check-in über Whats App und eine Schlüsselbox mit Code. Eigener Parkplatz am Haus. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Ardèche zu erkunden. Restauranttipp: Chelsea, fußläufig ca. 7 Minuten.

Die Wohnung war im Oktober schon etwas kühl, aber das ist eben die Jahreszeit.

J’y retournerais volontiers

L’appartement avec son parking privé est bien situé et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Il est fort agréable et bien aménagé avec un grand espace cuisine living room. La spacieuse terrasse avec un coin abrité est vraiment magnifique.

Le confort du lit de la chambre double est parfait mais il n’en va malheureusement pas de même pour la chambre avec lits superposés car le lit et les matelas ne sont pas ou plus au top. Comme d’autres hôtes qui ont fait la même remarque, un lit double serait parfaitement adapté dans cette chambre et ajouterait énormément au confort global de l’appartement pour 3 ou 4 adultes.

L’emplacement et la proximité de tout . La qualité de l’hébergement avec tout à disposition. La climatisation au vue de la canicule du mois d’août 😉

Nulla . Suggerimento : le spese di pulizia e lenzuola devono essere pagate a parte . Nessun problema ma è bene chiedere prima per evitare sorprese .

Très bon séjour, je recommande !

Logement agréable, d'une belle superficie, très bien placé, à 10mn à pied du centre, avec un parking privé, ce qui nous a bien évité de payer le stationnement en ville qui est assez cher !

Un petit souci avec la télécommande de la clim, mais notre hôte a été très réactive et a résolu le problème par téléphone !

Agréable séjour

L appartement est très bien situé, le gros atout c est la terrasse couverte. Nous aurions aimé une déco qui soit typique ardéchoise à l intérieure . L apparemment est moderne et agréable à vivre la literie est très bien également.

Les poêles ne sont plus vraiment fonctionnelles, impossible de faire cuire une viande sans avoir de dégâts. Dans la salle de bain les portes serviettes sont mal fixés , ils risquent de se détacher à tout moment. Dans la chambre avec le lit superposé la poignée ne tient plus et tombe sans cesse par terre . La brosse WC était horrible ment sale ! Nous avons acheter des fléchettes pour pouvoir jouer.
