Generally nice place but not suitable for overseas travellers due to lack of wifi, towels etc.

Beautiful location in the middle of the wine yards, not far to town, the river and some sightseeing points. Nice modern setup with well equipped kitchen. Space to place belongings in bedrooms and bathrooms. Small pool to be shared with one other family unit.

Virtually no wifi available. In response to complaints the landlord had the router reset and it would work modestly for a few minutes but if you come from a place with costly roaming you are basically stuck with that expense or should avoid this property. There is one router in one of 7 units which host 4-8 people each, obviously an insufficient set-up that needs improvement. No towels or toiletries (including are toilet paper) are provided. Bedding can be provided for an extra fee of 10Euro/person. There is also an additional 65 Euro cleaning fee, not mentioned in the posting. The stairs to the upper level with the bedrooms are very steep and with short steps, could be dangerous especially with smaller children.

Clean, comfortable and convenient base for our biking holiday in the Ardeche.

Simple and comfortable apartment, nice shower (bigger than most we found in Europe), very clean and well-equipped. Kitchenware was the best we had in two months (sharp knives and a salad spinner a big plus). Joke and Geert were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with before arrival. Quiet neighborhood yet easy to walk into town (15 minutes). A great base for exploring the area.

Would have loved a few more days there. We'll be back.

La villa est très confortable grâce a tout ses équipements disponible. Un endroit calme et apaisant pour un séjour en famille .

Une belle découverte

Bien situé, facile d’accès, la piscine privée, beaucoup d’équipement en cuisine, c’était propre en rentrant et on a été dépanné très rapidement lorsqu’une ampoule a lâché. L’attention sur la table en arrivant

Les canapés de notre villa pas du tout confortables, une mini télé, la serrure très difficile a ouvrir/fermer.

Schöne Ferienanlage am Rande von Vallon Pont d'Arc

Schöner Pool, der gut gewartet wird. Ruhiger Weg ins Dorf mit 15-20 Minuten Marschdauer. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut mit allem, was benötigt wird. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Sehr zu empfehlen und gern immer wieder

Sehr sauber , selbst der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt . Wir konnten gut schlafen obwohl keine Klimaanlage war aber das Konzept mit der Wärmepumpe gut aufgegangen und recht kühl und angenehm war . Ein überdachter Parkplatz direkt am Haus war super und selbst 2 Waschmaschinen standen zur verfügung Die Aussicht ist Traumhaft, einfach eine Wohlfühl Oase 🏝️

Leider war kein Internet Fernseher vor Ort sondern ein Mini Fernseher über Sat mit Receiver und leider nur Französische Programme Kein Backofen ( dafür eine Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion )

Un très bon gîte pour profiter de l'Ardèche

Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la maison, les équipements, la piscine, la tranquillité, le fait d'être entourés de nature, et la petite attention à l'arrivée sous forme d'une bouteille de vin.

Les terrasses sont proches et il peut y avoir des problèmes de bruit et de manque d'intimité.

Superbe! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine partagée avec seulement un autre gîte.
