The area is a bit far from the centre and a bit ran down. Noizy road just outside of the property. Extra money for a late arrival on top of the already expensive stay did not help. No place to dine or have breakfast near.

Private security gate with court yard. Parking, with easy access to come and go. Felt safe and secure once inside facility.

Initially, felt uneasy about location and surroundings. After check in, access to court yard and parking was provided.

Superb

Excellent location, the bus to the city is less than 100 m away, but we mostly walked. Extremely friendly owner who gave us all the information on how to get to town and back in the evening, with no questions asked. The parking place is hidden and in front of the building.

The electrical outlet was good for charging the phone but I could not plug in my computer. So I had to charge it in a kitchen or bathroom.

Very clean. Luciano was helpful and full of useful information. Thirty minutes walk to the centre or you can take the bus (Luciano provides details of this and a map). Air-con was excellent on a sultry, summer evening. Walked back from the Arena after the opera at 1am to loosen the posterior.

Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist okay, es sind Bushaltestellen in nächster Nähe, sodass man gut in die Stadt kommt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Toller Gastgeber, der uns schon im Voraus geholfen hat, den besten Weg zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu finden. Er war am Abend der Ankunft und am nächsten Tag - wir waren nur eine Nacht hier- stets sehr nett zu uns und zu unseren drei Kindern. Die Zimmer waren super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, jeweils mit einem schönen großen Bad.

unangenehmer Geruch im Apartment, kein Insektenschutz, Klimaanlage war laut, Unterkunft in direkter Lage neben einer Tankstelle, schlechte Lage und Gegend, 2,5 Kilometer nach Verona Zentrum, Parkplatz war nicht auf dem Hof wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist sondern außerhalb der Anlage, es wurden ohne Abstimmung und unserer Zustimmung bei Abwesenheit unsere Betten gemacht

Приятный, чистый номер. Легко найти. Хороший , свежий ремонт. Район тихий. Выспались) Добродушный хозяин. Встретил, все рассказал на хорошем английском языке. Была возможность поставить машину. В общей комнате есть кофемашина за 50 центов. Но в номере был жетон на кофе и круассан бонусом.

Вокзал через забор, но идти до входа достаточно долго пешком.

Buona posizione e camere pulite

Struttura pulita e in una posizione non troppo lontana dal centro e dalla stazione.

Un piccolo contrattempo ha fatto sì che la camera non fosse pronta al nostro arrivo alle 16.15. Dal momento che si chiede un surplus per chi fa il check in dopo un certo orario, non è stato il massimo. È vero anche che un contrattempo può accadere e che il signor Luciano si è dimostrato molto disponibile e accogliente.

Tutto! Camera pulitissima, confortevole, calda, arredata con gusto, letto comodissimo e bagno spazioso. Super accoglienza, tutto funzionante e organizzato. Uno spazio comune con microonde, frigo e macchinetta bevande e acqua. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il proprietario Luciano, una persona deliziosa che ci ha dato tanti consigli, super disponibile. Posizione vicina alla stazione e alla Fiera, ben collegata con i bus e il centro. Ci è dispiaciuto aver soggiornato solo una notte! Grazie!
