Old house but clean and cute. Like grandmas. But the water/plumbing had a smell.

The plumbing and water had an occasional mild sewage smell. Something was just off about the water and piping. I would give this place 4 plus stars but the quality of the water/plumbing was a bit concerning. I really wanted to like this little place but this gave me concern.

PERFECT location!!! Cute little bungalow right in the middle of town. Walking distance to everything. Even for the grandmothers. Beds were very comfortable and the overall vibe was nice & relaxing! The bathroom is spacious & updated with plenty of towels. I would definitely stay here again!!

There was an odd smell upon arrival & when we came back after a day of shopping. Not sure if that is because the A/C turns off automatically. We bought a candle and that helped along with getting the air circulating again.

Perfect location and not far from surrounding attractions like the Blue Hole and Wimberley Zip line.

The location was perfect. Right across Wimberley Square close to restaurants and shops.

Beds were squeaky and mattress would have been a bit firmer. It would have also, been nice if we could have check out at 11:00 am and not 10:00 am.

It was a great weekend with my daughter. It was Perfect!

The house was so quaint. We loved it. Exactly what we were hoping for. It was very clean and the accommodations were terrific. Walking distance from all the shops. Will definitely book again.

There were workers outside the bedroom window at 7:30 am. So we didn’t get to sleep in.

Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with all the amenities. Nice sized property, great location, well outfitted for comfort.

Would have made it a 10: Was sent wrong door code but thankfully got ahold of someone pretty quickly. No directions on where to park. Front parking space was blocked by construction. There was a live wasp hung up in the blinds and nothing to spray it with and SA w other small bugs in bedroom and while sitting on futon. This is part of staying in the hill country so not bothered by it too much, but for awareness. Toilet was difficult to flush. No directions on how to operate hot tub.

Cozy stay in the Hill Country

The location is great making it easy to walk around the square. The size of the home was also perfect for our family of 4. Short drive to Devil’s backbone and Blue Hole park.

The heater a/c units are a bit difficult to coordinate. The hot tub filter was also not inserted correctly during our stay.

the small two bedroom cottage was nicely decorated and very convenient to walking around Wimberley.

couple items need to be addressed but overall a great place to stay for a weekend getaway in the hill country. the futon/couch in living room needs to go and replaced with a comfortable couch for lounging after walking around all day. the toilet need a new flapper or assistance to flush. struggled with every flush to get it to take the tp down. other than these two items it really is a nice place to stay.

My guests enjoyed being close to shopping and restaurants. Would rent again.

entry code did not work on arrival, but staff was responsive and corrected the problem in a timely manner. We used the property while in town for my father's funeral and the property was easily located and accessible for visitors stopping by. Plenty of everything you would need (extra towels due to wet weather). Outstanding air conditioning and facilities! Hot tub was nice for my stressed out husband and bed was comfy for me. Location was extremely clean! Wine was a nice, welcoming touch.

I do not like the guest restrictions. Why would you have a 2 person limit on a 2 bedroom unit? This makes no sense. I paid extra for the "exception", but walked away feeling like you think you did me a favor, when in fact I had a completely appropriate amount of guest request.
