Enjoy the beautiful Blanco River in your backyard! Welcome to our beautiful riverfront home in Wimberley. Only 1/2 mile from Downtown Wimberley, restaurants, shopping and all of the activities that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. This two bedroom, two bath, Spanish style home with amazing views has all of the comforts of home. Dine al fresco on our expansive deck, enjoy two fireplaces and beautiful scenery while being close to all of the action!

Our stay at Blanco Riverfront Bliss was perfect, plenty of privacy as the only renters on the property. Certainly, a unique location, with easy access to downtown and hill country road scenic drives. We loved the river, great rock islands for sky gazing and playing with the dogs. The house design is so inviting with all the doors and windows, it was more than we needed. The porch was perfect for afternoon and evening sitting. The concrete floors were ideal for dog splooting and cool relief for us as well. Would return.

We had the best time staying here. The location is great and it’s so close to everything. The owners instructions were very clear and they were so helpful. The house is stunning. Having the river close was awesome, but it had rained and we didn’t get to enjoy it. We still had a great time, and made great family memories!

This property is stunning. Haley is a wonderful host with excellent proactive communication as well as prompt responses to questions. Below is a long, detailed review for people like me who want to understand every aspect of a rental property before committing. For those that want the summary - the house was PERFECT for our family of four, very well stocked, and truly a 5-star experience. The river access is just a short walk from the house and offers beautiful shallow and deep water to enjoy. Now for the details…SO CLEAN!Like everyone else travelling during COVID, cleanliness is a top priority for my family. This house was spotless, and it was such a relief to walk in and feel clean, safe, and worry free. On top of that, there is a stick vac and ample cleaning supplies should you need to tidy up during your stay.EVERY DETAIL HAS BEEN CONSIDERED!This property has been given a great deal of consideration, is incredibly well stocked, and loaded with amenities. My kids (6 & 10) were thrilled to find a massive television in the living room and THREE fireplaces!! My wife was enamored with the beautiful deck overlooking the river. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you will need. We prepared all our meals in the house (and on the gas grill) and had everything we needed and more. The beds are new and very comfortable with all white linens giving the house a very high end feel relative to many other properties in the area.THE RIVER!!!!The best for last! The Blanco River is amazing, no matter where you land on it, but this section of river is really special. There is a shallow shelf for kids, pets, etc. and a crystal-clear swimming hole, all just a short walk down the path from the house. We spend nearly every daylight hour swimming, fishing, or exploring the river. OTHER NOTESSome of the shallow sections of the river and the boulders can be very slick so river shoes are a plus. My kids thought slipping and sliding around and falling over was a blast but it is something to be mindful of when you're first stepping in. There are two houses on this property so you will see your neighbors and it is across the river from a Rio Bonito which has a few houses for rent. During our stay the people renting the adjacent house were very friendly and the same was true of the families across the river so all was perfect, but if you are anticipating complete isolation, know that you will see a few other faces across the driveway and across the river.
