The home is spacious, very well stocked with essentials, comfortable bedding, all kitchen items needed.

Not anything, it was wonderful.

Cleanliness went to cook breakfast and pan in cupboard was coated in dried eggs 🤬 like coffee pot superdirty. Suprised coffee pot didn’t burn the place down On for how many days ?Bath towels were folded cute too bad they weren’t dried still wet from washing !duck head towel holder falls off wall if you put anything on it !downstairs master had cockroaches and Jerusalem crickets coming out from from vanity Moldy musty -aired out house and that helped

This is a private home with direct private access to the Blanco River. The setting was exactly what we were looking for - private, quiet, room for 2 families. There is a little walk downhill to the river, but there is also a partially paved private road we could have used (and would have if we had launched the canoe). We did bring a canoe, but did not use it as the water level in the river was pretty low. Good fishing however. Our trip occurred in January-Feb, so it would be prettier in the spring or summer, but the view is great! Also a dark sky area, so you can see lots of stars. The house was very nice and well maintained. Central heat and AC. Lots of rooms and beds available. The king size beds were very comfortable. The porch is huge and has several seating areas as well. The description said starter supplies would be provided, but there was enough for 4 people for a 4 day trip. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, bakeware, etc. Paper products were supplied. Soap and shampoo samples were in the bathrooms. No wi-fi, but has Dish TV and some board games. There is a woodpile and a great fire pit! We spent the evenings around a nice fire with good beverages :)

The upstairs bedroom has walls that do not entirely close off the room. There are openings to the interior of the house, so there was light and noise if someone was still up downstairs. No ice cube trays, but we improvised
