Overall good place with a few hiccups.

Proximity to the river. Clean house.

2 lights weren't working: closet, stove. The dryer did not dry clothes very well, had to run them twice. The worst part was that the hot tub was very dirty. There was an orange film on the walls and debris had not been cleaned out from previous renters, for instance: a fake nail. Gross.

The property has a great location, a private, easy access to the river. Highlights: hot tub, king size beds and very clean linens, plenty of kitchenware. I liked the solitude and tranquility of this place.

The most of these inconveniences are small and can be fixed easily: lack of toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms, paper towel in the kitchen, extra trash bag, no tea spoons, the toaster was a nightmare, microwave light was not working. Also patio furniture is old, a new, clean and more comfortable dining set would be nice.
