About this cottage rental
You will enjoy this centrally-located, spacious Cottage close to Canyon Lake attractions in a residential country setting. You will see deer roaming and savor the rugged Hill Country. Included amenities and comfortable surroundings make the property an ideal location to relax and recharge. Families and long-term guests are welcome!
The drive time is 5 minutes to the Canyon Lake shoreline, 4 minutes to shopping, and 13 minutes to Toobing/White Water Amphitheater. WORD Permit #L1785
The cottage features a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom sleeping porch and even a meditation space! A fenced-in backyard provides a safe space for a pet and in which to relax.
The Cottage is all one one floor; a short set of stairs lead to the front door. A back door leads out to the deck which features two stairs to access the back yard.
Guests may access the entire Cottage, the fenced-in back yard and the upper driveway. Off limits are the second buidling (where the owner resides), the lower driveway, the shed and the undeveleped plot of land above the shed.
We can be reached by phone or text. But phone gets the quickest response.

Plan on driving your own vehicle.
If the quests decide to bring a single pet the host would like to get details about the pet prior to booking.

Please observe quiet times 10pm - 6am.
At the end of your stay kindly: Leave all used towels on the floor of the bathroom, leave used beds unmade, wash used dishes (leave in dish rack), all discarded materials in either garbage or recycling bins in the house (you don`t need to bring them outside). Much appreciated!
Smoking is permitted outside. Please use ash trays and pick up after your self. Make sure that you do not discard flammable items on the lawn or in surrounding areas. TOBACCO use only.
Discarded items: Please do not throw them directly in the outside garbage bins. Instead, use the receptacles inside the house or else place them in bags before discarding them in the outside garbage bins.

Robert and Terry were fantastic hosts, me and my dog had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and the backyard was perfect for my dog. Robert and Terry were quick to respond to questions and acted quickly to help with a plumbing issue. If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here again!

House was clean and just what we needed for an entire stay throughout Summer! No smoke smell in house at all. Neighborhood quiet and felt very safe with lots of deer. It was close to the lake and Brookshire’s grocery store which has live music on weekends too. Owners very nice and even watched our 2 dogs for us when we had to leave (for a reasonable fee) which was awesome! Owners very rarely on site and non intrusive at all. We even got to know our friendly summer neighbors! We are a family of 4 with 2 small dogs. Our boys each chose a corner of the house, and made it their own. Dogs loved the backyard, it was cozy with cafe lights and patio furniture. We would stay again, and likely will be back this summer! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!!!!!
