About this villa rental
Beautiful, detached villa, recently renovated to a high modern standard in keeping with it's traditional setting with well maintained gardens, terraces and pool and with superb views to the Mediterranean and Africa. Within walking distance of the picturesque Andalusian village of Mijas with it's many charming shops and restaurants and several stunning beaches just a 10 minute drive away. Both Malaga and Marbella are less than 30 minutes drive and if you are a golfer you have a tremendous choice of local courses. Also nearby are several tennis clubs, horse riding facilities and many fabulous mountain walks. It is also the perfect location if you do not wish to use a car as public transport is excellent and close by.
The villa has a poolside BBQ, shaded sunbathing and relaxation areas and plenty of space for al fresco dining. You will be welcomed at the villa by our team who will also be on hand to assist you during your stay. We also do our best to be flexible for check in and out times.

I have stayed in several villas in this area and Casa La Joya is definitely the one that ticked all the boxes.Maurice who manages the property was very helpful in sorting out our transport to and from the villa. Big thanks.Our welcome pack had everything we needed to settle in and more. Again big thank you.English tv channels, big tick. A cushioned sun bed is another big bonus.An array of blankets for sitting outside on cooler evenings.The villa had absolutely everything we needed for the perfect stay. I especially loved the various areas that the patio was separated into. The fact you’ve got shade and sun, along with beautiful views, bliss. Loved having our lunch looking out to the sea.Thank you Joyce and Paul for making your rental a home.

Beautiful stay with the family. Large outdoor area with great views up the mountain and down to the see. The Villa was well stocked when we arrived. Would happily recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Mijas.

The property is perfectly located, just a short walk to the centre. It has amazing views of the coast and the shrubbery that surrounds the property makes it private.
