From the oceanfront Pool and BBQ Area you will be able to enjoy the famous Kona Sunsets, as well as the cruise ships, parasailing, whale and dolphin watching. Potentially you could be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon.
Unit#130 is a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay. The remodeled kitchen features full sized appliances, beautiful cabinets and granite counters. A large flat screen, smart TV for your entertainment. There are tiled floors and an A/C in the living area and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. Enjoy a comfortable queen sized sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed for you to start and end your day. Kona Shores, a very popular, oceanfront complex, offers a pool, and BBQ area facing the ocean. There are laundry facilities for your convenience.
The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is a short walk or drive away. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing…Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge at the pool.

This place is perfect for me and my guests and has everything for a staycation especially since I am a chef by trade and the kitchen is fully loaded w all cooking essentials.

Great location, near the bay where many restaurants and bars are located. Quiet complex with a nice outdoor space with a pool and hangout area overlooking the ocean. The condo was well-equipped with everything you need and had lots of space.

I have debated this review but feel it important for future guests to know the pros and cons of this place. The condo its self was clean, easy to access, and the pool was out of this world spectacular. Right on the ocean!! A couple of things to note, the bedroom sliding door was broken and had to be secured with a stick. The grill was not gas so you will need briquettes. The lanai was a 6'X10' slab with a rickety bambo enclosure & 2 plastic chairs. No view of anything. We would probably stay again because of the pool.
