J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce grand appartement sans aucun voisin direct, ou j'ai enfin pu me détendre et bien dormir.
Le robinet d'eau froide de la baignoire était un peu cassé, mais j'ai finalement réussi a le manipuler.

Розташування чудове, поруч зручно розташовані магазини. Якісні вікна, які глушать шум. Простора кімната з певним шармом. За косметичних переобладнань та заміні штор на щось приємне оку - це буде чудова квартира як подобово, так і на середній строк.
Брудний посуд від попередніх гостей, бруд та пил по всій квартирі. Посуду для готівлі адекватної-зручної немає. Для душу чи миття посуду необхідно спускати воду 10+ хв, поки нагріється. Брудні килимки, сліди рук-облич на вікнах. Занедбана ванна, змішувач, душова лійка та її тримач. Порвані та зотлілі штори, якась непрацююча гірлянда. Основна проблема - бруд та пил. При повній передплаті.
