Гарне розташування поруч з метро. Зручність в отриманні та здачі ключів. Чиста білизна.
На жаль дуже брудний під'їзд та ліфт. Неприємні запахи.

В зеленому апартаменті чисто, як на зображенні, тільки телевізор новий є, я їм не користувалась. милий балкон. Повернули задаток. Інтернет добре працює, вид з вікна гарний. Все що потрібно близько.
Фен до волосся майже не працює на жаль :( дуже старий Підʼїзд доволі страшний, але це не про апартаменти вже.

Було не прибрано, багато пилу бруду в кімнатах, посуд погано вимитий.. плями на дивані. Відсутність достатньої кількості постільної білизни та подушок. Ніж тупий. Замок дверей погано зачиняється. Загалом не охайно.
