I liked staying in the apartment. Cleanliness and order. The descriptions are true. The owner was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. I highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Kiev!)

Наявність можливості припаркувати авто. Можна з собакою середнього розміру за доплату 1.000 (хоча я так і не зрозуміла що має зробити моя собака за ці гроші, але це право власника). Доступ до квартири без залучення персоналу і це дуже зручно.
Обирала за відгуками, важливо було розташування та можливість взяти з собою собаку. Але реальність виявилась іншою. Незручний санвузол, дивне розташування вимикачів світла, дуже не зручний матрац та подушки. Пліснява у санвузлі, ремонт «втомлений», хоча було чисто і це плюс. Дуже чутно сусідів, наче разом з ними дивились телевізор. Немає протимоскитних сіток на вікнах - залишити вікна відкритими не можливо. Для людей що залишили відмінні відгуки, напевно, співпали ціна та якість. Ми по цінах не дуже розумілись тож обирали за відгуками та помилились. Цей варіант не для нас просто.
