1.На балконі не вистачає жалюзі, коли сильна спека не можливо вийти на балкон. 2. Шумоізоляція це просто жах, до того ж сильно скріпить підлога . 3. Варто обновити постільну білизну, були старі плями і дірочки . 4. Грибок у ванній кімнаті, і в жахливому стані витяжка

Хороше місце, гарне розташування і приязні люди на рецепції. Щоденно прибирає покоївка, є умови для прання і прасування, міні кухня в наявності. Ліжко зручне, душ-кабіна простора. Гарний варіант
Не вистачало антимоскітних сіток, тому трохи надокучали комахи. І якщо в суміжних номерах живуть люди, то ви про це знаєте, звукоізоляція не ідеальна, але прийнятна. Та і з нашого номера вікна були на вулицю, трохи шуму (ну центр же ж)

Комфортно, чисто, новий сучасний ремонт, розташування в центрі
Спеціально шукала квартиру з балконом, в описі було зазначено, що балкон є, а насправді його не було, розчарування з перших хвилин
