Господиня зустріла біля підʼїзду, провела, поселила, незважаючи на пізній час мого прибуття (23.00) при - 14 С. Відключення світла, як і всюди. Але в той же час опалення працює цілодобово (тепло), постійно є гаряча вода у ванній! При виселенні домовився про пізнє виселення.
1. Через постійні відключення світла - був не свіжий запах в холодильнику., 2. Важко підібрати температуру води у змішувачі у ванній (гаряче/холодно).

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right by the zoo, a metro station and a supermarket only a short walk away. There are some fast food places to eat, some small shops only a 10 minute walk, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was basic, ample hot water and enough space for two people.
The kitchen facilities and instruments are very minimal. The apartment is on the 13th floor, and was quite warm (summer) as the only air conditioner was in the TV area, making the bedroom rather warm to sleep in. Being next to the zoo means noises throughout the night, not terrible, but could be annoying. There was a strange smell coming from the corridors outside the apartment, but once inside, there was no smell. Parking can be a problem, and is by the curb. All in all, a bit over priced for what it was.
