The hotel is in a good spot in the heart of Mirissa near lots of eateries, shops and the beach. The room was large and had lots of space. We had an extra large bed, fridge in the room with a good Aircon. We were really comfortable for a week. The staff are lovely. I will definitely be coming back.
Not so much what I didn't like but more of a suggestion. There is a communal kitchen on each floor. It would be great if these had a toaster, Microwave and some pans so that they can be fully used.

Ca 4 Gehminuten zum Strand. Viele Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr netter Inhaber
Wenn man das Zimmer zur Strasse hat ist es sehr laut. Busse hupen auch um 3 uhr morgens

perfect breakfast!
it was unpleasant smell in the room and it was very wet at walls. I still feel bad after this stay.
