The property is about 200 meters from the mirissa beach. The room was very spacious, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful, making our stay very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this place. The structure is very nice and the room was spacious and comfortable.
The location is perfect, very central, close to the main street and just a short walk from the sea.
Breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty food.
The owner and her son are wonderful people, very kind and always helpful. They make you feel at home.
They also help with booking excursions if you need it.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Big room, quiet but central
No hot water in shower. They didn't fix even if asked to.
Owner knew I had to get up 05:30, still owner had party until 02:00.
