About this apartment rental

Ideally located at the foot of all shops, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, the beach and the city center, we offer an apartment facing the marina.
Located on the second floor, it will offer you a breathtaking, pleasant and unobstructed view of the port and the coast.

Composed of a main room with fitted kitchen, open onto a living room with a 140 × 200 convertible sofa, a bathroom and a bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed, it guarantees perfect comfort.

During your stay, you can discover the popular sites of the region within an hour by car from Rouen, Le Havre, Etretat, Veules les Roses, Honfleur, Deauville.

Seaside resort in the heart of the albatross coast, Fecamp will offer you a range of activities: hiking, water sports, fishing, sea trips, museums etc ...

An optional package for cleaning, bed linen and towels is offered. Please contact the owner.
In the months of July and August weekly rentals (see with the owner)
Small dog and cat accepted with prior agreement of the owner.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en couple avec deux enfants, l’appartement est très bien situé avec une superbe vue, toutes les commodités et on trouve des places facilement pour ce garer. Très bel appartement, avec une très belle vue ,très propre très bien équipé ,excellente literie tout service dans un rayon de 200 mètres .Aucun problème pour se garer devant l'appartement (période fin Octobre) A louer les yeux fermés.

Klein, aber perfekt ausgestattet. Nette Vermieterin, die jederzeit zu erreichen gewesen wäre ( war aber nicht nötig). Nach hinten hin sehr ruhig(Schlafzimmer), nach vorne manchmal recht laut, dafür herrlicher Blick über den Hafen. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ein sehr gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, das genauso aussah wie auf den Fotos. Auch die Beschreibung von Lage und Ausstattung stimmte mit der Realität überein. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe: Zwar hörte man tagsüber, bei geöffnetem Fenster, nach vorne zur Straße, ein bisschen Autolärm, das Schlafzimmer war hingegen vollkommen ruhig. Auch von den Nachbarn war nichts zu hören. Vor der Tür befinden sich kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Linda, unserer Gastgeberin, war ausgesprochen nett und schnell. Die Lage des Appartements ist hervorragend: Das Meer mit seiner Strandpromenade, Geschäfte, tolle Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

L'appartement est juste magnifique, très fonctionnel comme par exemple la facilité de se faire à manger avec la cuisine aménagée correctement, à proximité de la plage, vu sur le port et le cap Fagnet. Idéalement localisé pour visiter la région. Il est possible de louer des vélos à Fécamp et nous avons pu aller en vélo au cap et à Etretat. Une zone commerciale est à proximité, très pratique pour les courses et shopping. Les places de parking sont gratuites dans Fécamp, mais pas forcément disponibles en face de l'appartement! Nous avons cependant toujours pu nous garer vers la gars, à 5 minutes à pied. Ma fille et moi avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Un grand merci ! Véronique

In ein paar Metern ist eine Bäckerei und ein super Fischgeschäft, eine Pizza-Station, ein Imbiß und ein kleiner carrefour. Man schnuppert Hafenatmossphäre. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und genau beschrieben. Aus-und und einchecken total unkompliziert. Alles ok! Danke Linda!

Propriétaire très serviable,et sympathique. Logement bien situé. Il ne manque rien. Le seul bémol:2eme étage.il ne faut rien oublier et s'organiser.il faut dire que nous avons 77 et 72 ans . Il faudrait le mettre dans l'annonce.

Eine wunderbare und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Appartement direkt am Quai und Meer 200 Meter entfernt. Tolle Vermieterin und alle notwendigen Geschäfte direkt vor der Türe. Kostenloses Parken gegenüber der Wohnung :-) Jegliches nutzbares Inventar sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche gegen eine kleine Gebühr verfügbar . Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und perfekte Kommunikation. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Unser Aufenthalt war 6 Tage die wir nicht bereuen werden :-) Vielen Dank liebe Linda , weiter so bis bald ;-)

L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto pulito e comodo. Non manca nulla. La posizione è eccellente: sotto casa c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. La veduta del porto è magnifica. Sotto casa si trova anche parcheggio abbastanza facilmente. Si arriva alla spiaggia in meno di 10 minuti di cammino. Consigliato assolutamente.

Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und versorgten uns mit allen möglichen Insiderwissen. Die Wohnung selbst war frisch, sauber, modern-maritim eingerichtet und hatte von der Mikrowelle bis hin zu gut schließenden Vorhängen alles, was eine Ferienwohnung haben sollte. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer aus war spektakulär, der Weg zum Strand sehr kurz. Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Restaurants und Supermärkte waren innerhalb von wenigen Schritten zu erreichen, der Ort selbst war süß und interessant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit auch wiederkommen, schon allein, weil wir unseren kleinen Hund mitnehmen durften, dem es auch sehr gefallen hat.
