la proximité au port de pêche, la taille du logement et les servitudes, nous avons apprécié, les petits détails, comme les brochures touristiques laissées a disposition, et les ustensiles de servitudes disponibles ( liquide vaisselle, sacs poubelles, pastilles lave linge et vaisselle)
le bruit de la rue, et le passage en grande vitesse des véhicules empruntant cette route, mais les hôtes n'y peuvent pas grand chose.

Bel appartement bien situé, joliment décoré, très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire Propreté impeccable, bonne literie. Le livre d’accueil très complet (aucune information ne manque)

Le gîte est vraiment bien situé, proche de la plage, du port, des commerces ou restaurants et des premiers sites à visiter. Point de départ idéal pour visiter la ville de Fécamp à pied. L'équipement correspond à la description, basique et fonctionnel, il est toutefois décoré avec goût. Il est agréable à vivre. Parking aisé sur la rue ou sur une rue adjacente en tout cas aux vacances de la Toussaint.
Le seul point négatif est que l’hébergement se situe sur une rue assez passante et le passage d'un véhicule, gros ou bruyant, se ressent bien.
