Not 3 separat bedrooms

Location.

Connecting rooms, not 3 separat bedrooms. 3 floors with noisy stairs. Toilet did not flush. Very old and used, though it looks nice in the pictures. Difficult communication. The beach is steep and all stones, not for enjoying a day at the beach. Parking difficult.

Great place.

Everything was very good. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very near the seafront and harbour. If you have very young children everything is provided.

The only, very small, toilet is on the ground floor with no wash basin apart from in the kitchen. The shower is on the middle floor and the second bedroom is on the top floor. The stairs are narrow and twisty so not the best arrangement at night or if you are old!

good location, good for families, would have been much better with linen

good location. short walk to the waterfront, cafes nearby, distillery was great to visit. house can fit a family in (be advised you need to pay extra for linen).

there was a miscommunication which meant we didn’t get any linen, and when requested was sent to the wrong house. not sure why linen is an optional extra charge.

Nice and comfortable place to explore Normandy from.

We enjoyed this place and wished we had more time. The location was convenient and the WiFi was great. We hope to return again with more time in Normandy.

There’s an extra charge for linen and towels for short stays. Seems it should be included in the price, since most guests plan to sleep and shower.

Ok but wouldn't stay here again.

Very clean and spacious, neat and tidy with good appliances.

Only one toilet downstairs. Bedroom on first floor had a good bathroom but no toilet. Two bedrooms on second floor had bo facilities. Stairs very tricky for an elderly couple!

Posizione e pulizia perfette!

Posizione perfetta per visitare Fecamp. Alloggio pulitissimo e molto bello, sviluppato su più piani. Accesso semplice con ritiro della chiave in autonomia. Proprietari disponibili e molto attenti anche ai bimbi (è presente un lettino con giochi e fasciatoio). Parcheggio libero davanti. A due passi dalla spiaggia e dalle falesie.

Il prezzo di 15,00 euro per le lenzuola e gli asciugamani (non incluse in prenotazioni brevi) mi sembra un po' caro.

Bé com a recurs d’emergència.

Molt net i ben decorat.

Els llençols i les tovalloles no estan inclosos i està clar que ningú no viatja amb la seva pròpia roba de llit. Només hi ha un bany a la primera planta i no té wc. Aquest està situat en un habitacle minúscul davall l’escala i no t’hi pots rentar les mans després d’emprar-lo. Els llits “dobles” són petitíssims i hi fa molt mal dormir dues persones ja que quasi no et pots ni girar.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk. Meget kort til strand og indkøb. Virkelig hyggelig by og smuk strand. Ejeren er nem at komme i kontakt med 👍

Toilettet dårligt. Meget småt som et kosteskab uden håndvask. Der er ingen ovn i huset og der er meget begrænset køkken udstyr. Det er et byhus uden have eller terrasse så ingen mulighed for at sidde ude.

Décevant fut notre séjour suite à cette mauvaise surprise!

Le descriptif Booking de la maison ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité . Il est noté « frond de mer » nous avions une vue au rdc et du c1er étage sur le bâtiment d’en face et au 2ème sur un mur. J’espérais au moins voir la mer du 1er étage et au lieu de cela nous avions vu sur rue extrêmement passante et le bâtiment d’en face. Pour finir ´je rappelle que je suis Genius 3 et qu’à ce titre je pouvais compter sur vos services pour régler ce type de situation . J’ai expliqué à mon interlocutrice Booking cette situation et que je voulais soit une réduction pour annonce trompeuse soit changer de maison car il s’agissait d’un cadeau que je faisais à mon époux. Pour seule réponse , mon interlocutrice devait appeler le propriétaire. À ce jour j’attends encore sa réponse. Serais-je plus entendue par ce courriel faute de quoi je réserverai ma décision en fonction de la réponse que vous allez nous apporter

Emplacement idéal maison confortable

Le plus : l emplacement proche de la plage, du port et des petits commerces, ainsi que du beau palais de la Bénédictine Et la situation pas loin de Etretat, Veules les Roses, ou même Rouen Maison sympa et confortable sur 2 étages ... Idéal famille...un joli coin bébé et de même pour des enfants ou ados.. Une belle cuisine attention toutefois aux escaliers si vous avez des problèmes de genou Le moins : Des petits détails...il manque un ouvre boîte , une poele plus récente, et un four combiné La perte monstrueuse d'eau pour obtenir de l'eau chaude pour la salle de bain à l'étage Le réseau internet télé faible donc peu de chaines et pas de chaînes principales comme TF1 ou France 2... heureusement nous sommes passés par notre ordinateur portable et notre réseau Orange ... Les matelas un peu mou pour nos dos ... question de goût...

Super logement !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'Etape Normande. Le logement est grand, très propre, très bien décoré. Nous avions eu assez de place pour quatre. Le coin séjour et cuisine au rez-de-chaussée nous a permis de faire nos activités sans déranger celle qui est allée se coucher plus tôt. Ce logement était idéal pour faire notre retraite spirituelle.

Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une toilette et qu'elle se trouve au rez-de-chaussée. Vu qu'on dormait toutes les quatre au dernier dernier étage (il y a deux étages, sans compter le rez-de-chaussée), on a pas eu le courage de descendre dans la nuit... Haha
