Great garden and perfect spot to explore this part of Normandy

1. Very good Wi-Fi (and it's our first apartment in France where Wi-Fi password is provided in the simplest way ever - by QR code 😍 2. Very nice owner - she remember to secure stairs with baby gates for our small kid 3. Private parking place next to the apartment 4. Great garden with plenty of items for children (bicycles, darts, toy blocks, books and many, many more) 5. Quite comfortable mattres (at least the one on the double bed 😉) 6. Good "base" to explore this part of Normandy (Etretat, Fecamp, Le Treport, Rouen) 7. Carrefour and Leclerc only 7km away

1. The only toilet is separate on the first floor almost on the stairs & very small and shallow - one of the worst toiles I have ever have in the apartments 2. The bedrooms are interconnecting (which is not mentioned in the description) 3. There is plenty of unnecessary stuff in the apartment (I prefer more space) 4. A bit too cluttered and therefore looks slightly dirty after a few days (but it seems standard for French apartments - to put all possible items in it 😉 ) 5. Terrible and dangerous exit from the parking onto a narrow road - without any assistance, e.g. mirrors 6. Low quality of the dishes and pots 7. A fire alarm going off (on the first floor!) while frying... pancakes (no smoke etc.)

It was uncomfortable, uncomfortable seating, uncomfortable beds. Never saw anybody to show us around and tell us where things were. The garage had a private sign on it so we did not know where the bikes were or any other facilities mentioned in the description. The keys were in a key safe which was hard to find and the only contact we had with the owner was by messaging in French. The stairs were not very safe and as the bathroom was on the ground floor, it made it very difficult for us in the night. Would not recommend older people staying here. Very remote. The pathway to our gite was very overgrown, not easy to get passed.

Nice git, especially with (smaller) kids

Very nice garden, esprecially with kids. Even a small football pit and petanque field is available. Good equiped kitchen and spacious rooms and living room.

The double bed was only 160 wide, so that's on the small side.

Just to be aware that there is cleaning fee and towels / blankets fees (but I believe it’s more Booking.com issue that’s it’s not so visible)

Perfect place for a family holiday/break

Lovely, calm location, just a few kilometres from the coast and some stunning sights. Great garden with lots of games available for use, as well as bicycles - perfect for exploring or for cycling to the shop to get bread in the morning. Perfect for a family break. Very pretty property. Comfortable house, extremely clean, good beds and comfy bedding. Well provisioned kitchen with essentials for preparing meals. And a generous welcome bottle of cider! All in all, excellent value for money. Also, Elodie the host is great - very nice, very efficient communication and flexible.

Only the slightly odd layout of WC with washbasin in another room.

Ruhig und gemütlich

Sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, toller Garten mit vielseitigen Freizeitangeboten, ideal mit Kindern. Heimelig. Sehr, sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin.

Das Haus „le puits“ ist etwas betagter als das Nachbarhaus „l‘atre“. Die Lattenroste der beiden Einzelbetten haben eine Erneuerung verdient.

Toll für einen Urlaub mit Familie in der Normandie.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund dort. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht und zu jeder Jahreszeit. Im Aussenbereich einige Spielmöglichkeiten für die ganze Familie. Liegt sehr ruhig, nicht mal ein Bäcker in der Nähe. Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man 7 min mit dem Auto.

Keine deutschen TV Kanäle (nur ARTE) was ich persönlich aber nicht schlimm fand.
