Napius Villa is a brand new house located on the beach of badesi at only 150 meters to the cleanest water and a white sandy beach of northern sardinia. This modern style sea front villa is more precisely one hour driving from Both Olbia and Alghero airports and 40 minutes from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Porto Torres. That the property is surrounded by a marvelous mediterranean garden is situated 2 km from the center of badesi village with its shops, restaurants and other amenities. The 8 km white sandy beach facing the gulf and asinara extending from castelsardo to Red Island, is only 150 m. Away and it is accessible through private walk path.
Badesi is a town where you can stay all the year round, thanks to the mild climate and a fully alive center, where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and any kind of shops or services. Along the coast with long sandy beaches Reaches out for 8 km. There you can find private beaches with bars and water sports activities or uncontaminated stretches of coast where you can walk along among cleanest waters, plants and mediterranean flavors and the amazing view of the Asinara gulf, the rocky ridges of Castelsardo and Red Island on the opposite .
Villa napius Has Been completely restored in 2011 and it is fully surrounded by a 27,000 sq. M. Typical mediterranean garden with myrtles, agaves, junipers, prickly pears. Develops the property on two levels. The upper floor is composed of a large living room with adjacent dining area and separate fully equipped modern kitchen, having 2 refrigerators, microwave oven, electric oven, 5 units cooker and dish washer. The charming living area has sea view, satellite TV and anche comprises one double bedroom with en suite bath and private little terrace. As many sardinian style houses the lower levels hosts the sleeping area. Here 5 bedrooms with private baths take place, each one having private access from the outdoor So THAT privacy is guaranteed during the stay at the property. One laundry room with washing machine and drier complete the floor. All the house is provided by solar panels for a totally independent electric supply. Less but not least, the wide sheltered terrace furnished with comfortable sofas, outdoor table and barbecue Allows guest to enjoy al fresco dining with amazing view on Asinara gulf.
Outside a wide terrace faces on the beautiful scenery of a mediterranean garden and the terrific view of the Asinara gulf. There chilling in a glass of wine or a sparkling prosecco cannonau you can relax in every moment of the day. The big terrace is well furnished and equipped with a lounge area with sofas, a dinner table in the patio and a gas barbecue. From the garden a short private path leads to the beach, beside it is Placed in shower to refresh after a sunny day. The typical mediterranean garden of villa napius will be provided with heated pool (starting from spring 2012) heated by solar panels, sun beds umbrellas and hot showers, Also comfortable on the way back to the beach. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Napius. It was exactly what we needed for a holiday catch up amongst friends. The kids loved the pool and the cinema room was fantastic. What was slightly disappointing was the beach was quite rough throughout our stay so was not ideal for our younger kids. Pizza from the local Wild Bar was fantastic and the chef service was amazing!

We had 4-couples booked for the first week of September. Villa Napius is stunning! It's a bit hard to locate if you are not familiar with the area & some signage would help, but Waze got us there with only 1 or 2 minor wrong turns. We had booked a chef for our arrival dinner so we didn't have to shop on the way to the villa. I would highly recommend booking this chef; he was wonderful, as was the meal he & his wife prepared.
The villa was everything we expected and more. The location, amenities and views were awesome. The beach is very close and the Badesi area is full of cafe's and restaurants. If your travels take you to the Badesi area, Villa Napius should be on your radar.

We had a great time at Villa Napius. Everything was just perfect. Direct access to the beach, house huge, clean and duly equipped, sunset view large patio, Teodosia who arranged two spectacular Sardinian dinners... anything else was needed... Daniela of ItalianStyleVillas did a great job too by steady support from the booking to the end of our stay.
