Newly renovated apartment is located very close (3 minutes walk) to the UNESCO world heritage site - the Diocletians Palace.
The studio apartment size is cca 20 m2 and is on the first floor of an old house located in an old part of Split called ''Manuš''. Very comfortable, easy access, completely restored with new interior furnishing and decorating. It has bed with sweet kitchen and with bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, deep freezer, stove, toaster, microwave oven and all the needed cooking utensils.
Wi-Fi Internet access, clean bed linen and towels and city tax are all included in the price.
Parking in front of the building is free.
It is also a perfect base-point from which you can do every city or island-trip you can imagine! Important city points and other locations and stores convenient to any traveler are very near the apartment: the seafront 600 m, bus terminal 800m, sandy beach 'Bacvice' 1100 m, ferry terminal 900m, ambulance 100 m, pharmacy 20 m, grocery store 200m.
Various restaurants (konobas, pizzerias, seafood etc.), cafes and an open market 'Pazar' are also nearby -approximately 400-500m.
