Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location, about 10 minutes from the old town, in a quiet and safe location. Communicative, proactive and helpful host. Good A/C. Comfortable bed and good shower. Loved our stay here and would definitely book again :)

It didn't bother us too much, but the neighbour opposite does smoke so sometimes the stairwell smelled of tobacco. The smell didn't affect the inside of the flat, though. The neighbour opposite would also sometimes listen to loud music in the evening, but he always stopped before we went to sleep, and you couldn't hear it in the bedroom with the door closed.

We stayed in this apartment which is a 12 minute walk from centre of split, and we are so glad we did. The amount of people in the centre was unbelievable. On the night people where queuing to get in the restaurants. Where the apartment is there are supermarkets and two really good restaurants called Laf! and Babilon, both really good and reasonably priced and no booking or waiting. The apartment has everything you need to cater for yourself if you wish. Inside the apartment everything is top quality and a pleasure to stay in. The owner was really helpful communicating by whatAapp. Would definitely stay here again.
