Apartment Fortunella

It was very clean, Sandra and the owner were excellent, super friendly! It was roomy with the exception of the kitchen. It had everything you needed. Sandra was very responsive and helpful. It has an adorable garden with an outdoor eating space. It was a great place to stay. You could walk to the Diocletian Palace in about 15 minutes, and there were lots of markets nearby.

The kitchen was very small (although very well equipped). The air conditioning was only in one bedroom and the hallway, making it hot in the main area and second bedroom.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Bilder, Vorhängen, Parkett und Fliesen, zwei Klimaanlagen sowie hochwertige verstellbare Alu Fensterläden. Badezimmer mit Fenster. Alles sehr sauber, in einer schönen Umgebung. Alles in derWohnung vorhanden. Einstellplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück mit Tor. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke!

Sandra nos recibió personalmente y nos hizo una recorrida por el apartamento explicándonos todo lo necesario para su uso. También nos dió indicaciones sobre la ciudad y se ofreció a contestar por whatsapp cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. Fortunella tiene aparcamiento propio dentro de la propiedad, cosa que en Split facilita mucho a todo aquel que viene en coche. Además está muy bien ubicado, a unos 10 minutos a pié hasta la ciudad vieja. Es un departamento cómodo con todo lo necesario para 4 personas. Es un departamento de 2 dormitorios con un baño completo.

Convenient location. Private parking spot (pretty narrow, but better than street parking, for sure). Hospitable, responsive, and welcoming host. Spacious apartment with good amenities. Plenty of blankets and towels.

I appreciated less the inconvenience of having to switch my car with the owner's car on a certain day. With a small effort and investment, the owner could adjust or add a few features that would provide better options, such as: add a microwave oven, replace filter coffee machine with capsules-based machine, add an electric heater in the bathroom (for the transitional period before the radiators are activated), to mention a few I can remember.
