The location was amazing and convenient with beautiful views.

Domek w świetnej lokalizacji. Blisko do portu. Domek tarasem, pięknym widokiem na port i zatokę. Położony w ogrodzie. Można zjeść śniadanie na dworze z pięknym widokiem. Domek dobrze wyposażony, posiada wszystkie potrzebne przybory kuchenne. Sympatyczny wlasciel, wszytsko nam wyjaśnił, dobry kontakt. Idealny dla 4 osób.

Es muy bonito y muy cómodo. Las vistas son espectaculares, únicas. Una maravilla. La cocina no usamos pero es útil tenerla para tener bebidas. Las camas cómodas, y silecio total. Se descansa. Los responsables son muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos. Nos hicieron recomendaciones que seguimos y todo nos fue muy bien. Además todo muy limpio.
Por decir algo…está a una distancia de unos 14 minutos al centro de Capri centro, para ir hay que subir bastante cuesta. No nos importaba pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta porque además hay un trozo de carretera estrecha y con niños es incómodo pasan coches rápido, motos. Lo peor, quizá por la época había muchos mosquitos. Nos picaron ,conviene llevar antimosquitos por si acaso. En la casa no había mosquitos, solo en el camino.

La vue est magnifique, comme sur les photos. Y compris depuis l'intérieur de la location (très belle vue sur le port). Le propriétaire est facilement joignable. Le centre de Capri est rapidement accessible en 15 min de marche et un supermarché très pratique est à proximité.
La climatisation ne fonctionne que pour le 1er étage : en effet, c'est une maison en mezzanine, et la clim est installée en bas. Or l'air froid descend et l'air chaud monte... Il y a bien un ventilateur qui a été rajouté au 1er étage pour essayer de pallier le problème, mais il est très bruyant en empêche de dormir la nuit. De plus, l'équipement de la cuisine et de la salle de bains est vétuste/défectueux, et n'est pas du tout au niveau du coût de la location (la vue ne justifie pas tout).
