Struttura accogliente, personale gentilissimo. Ilaria host eccezionale. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere tutto.

Posizione comoda e casa stupenda. Era molto pulita e Ilaria è stata davvero Fantastica, mi ha regalato un soggiorno meraviglioso ❤️

Прекрасная локация, 3 минуты от Пьяцетты. В квартире есть вся посуда, приправы, масло, в холодильнике - лед Чистые полотенца хозяйка приносила по запросу. Мы были с другом- есть откидная кровать, если вы спите раздельно. Спасибо, приедем ещё.

We spent 4 nights with our 3 year old son.I did not read the description well,when we arrived we saw that the bathroom/toilet was 14 steps downstairs in the basement,which was for is really inconvenient with a child and also dangerous,as we always had to watch him not to fall down the really steep staircase.We have received a safety bar from Ilaria,which was nice of her but it was not mounted in the wall,so it did not maintain its main function.The bathroom is really moisty and altough we always opened the window,the damp smell did not go out and the whole apartment smelled moisty during our stay.We stayed indoors only at night,but as there were no mosquito nets anywhere on the windows,we could not leave them open during the night.The bathroom is in a really bad shape,it needs renovation….the bathroom furniture, was rusty inside,the tub,the shower curtain,the toilet seat made loud sounds if somebody used the toilet….we received some toiletries,which was almost all of them empty…this apartment really needs an update and for this money ( 830 euro for 4 nights) we could have found better…..The kitchen has only one plug behind the door,so the coffee machine and the water boiler we could not use at the same time…The bedroom has shades on the windows but it has glass transparent door and the entrance door is also transparent so when the sun came up around 5.30 a.m.we always woke up as the light was so strong in the bedroom,we could not sleep. Small things which do not cost a lot,the owner should invest in these,so the guests will return…
