Ótima comunicação com anfitrião, limpeza a meio da estadia. Ótima localização. E no geral a casa é muito prática, conseguimos fazer refeições por lá com tranquilidade. Há um mercado de frutas e legumes mesmo a frente da habitação e um açougue ao lado.
Não gostamos de ir embora !!!! Capri vale muito a pena e a casa romanzi tambem.

Soggiorno fantastico! La posizione è davvero imbattibile, a pochissimi passi dalla famosa Piazzetta di Capri, il che rende tutto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il pensiero della colazione: l'host ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario, dai biscotti ai cornetti, oltre a latte e succhi di frutta. Non mancava davvero nulla, ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande cura.
L'unica cosa un po' scomoda è la scala a chiocciola interna che collega la zona giorno al piano superiore dove si trovano la camera da letto e il bagno. La scala è davvero stretta, quindi bisogna fare un po' di attenzione nel salirla, ma per il resto il soggiorno è stato eccellente.
