The property is located in the small, friendly, typical Tuscan village of Brandeglio. Brandeglio has retained its unspoilt beauty and is known for its festas and traditions. The thermal spa town of Bagni di Lucca is 10/15 minutes drive away. The house dates back to the 18th century and still maintains a number of its original features. It boasts spacious accommodation and offers an idyllic base to explore Pisa, Florence and Lucca as well as the stunning and famous coastline of the Cinque Terre. The house provides suitable accommodation for both families and friends. Pisa airport is approx. 1 hour 15 mins drive away and is serviced well by Ryanair and Jet2 flights. Local attractions include water sports including zip line, paddleboarding and climbing at https://www.canyonpark.it/#, horse trekking, white water rafting, golf, quadbiking, thermal spa, cycling, and these combined with the peace and tranquillity of the village which offers extensive walking trails and truffle hunting areas ( if you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of wild boar, deer and porcupine) provides a base for relaxation and adventure. Nearby Bagni di Lucca has supermarkets and a general host of shops, banks, bars, cafes and restaurants. It also has a stunning open air public swimming pool (main pool, childrens' pool and diving pool), sunloungers, and a café/bar with a games area. Bagni di Lucca is a historical thermal spa town and offers spa treatments for those seeking an indulgent treat. Tuscany is reknowned for its love of sumptuous food and fine wine and there is plenty of opportunity to sample both in the area. For those wanting to travel a bit further the historical Sienna and San Gimignano are approx. 2 hours drive away and the beach at Viarregio/Lido di Camaiore is approx. just over 1 hour's drive away.

Le village de Brandeglio fait partie des 37 petites localités perchées dans les colines toscanes et regroupées sous la commune de Bagni de lucca. Ce petit village rural vit du tourisme et de la volonté des habitants permanents pour l'entretenir. Il est magnifique et la maison mise à disposition est typique et jolie. La vue et les paysages sont grandioses. Le calme et la proximité avec la nature sont exceptionnels.le confort de la location est correct et pratique. Nous étions 8 personnes dont deux enfants et tous ont apprécié le séjour. La distance kilométrique avec les sites touristiques d'exception tels Firenze et les "cinque terre" font que nous avons privilégié le train à partir de Lucca. Pour résumer nous sommes restés tres peu sur place car toujours en vadrouille, la location est éloignée de ces sites donc il faut disposer d'un bon véhicule et prévoir de nombreuses heures de circulation sur des routes étroites et trés sinueuses notamment à l'approche de Brandiglio. Le temps dont nous disposions était trop court pour profiter pleinement de la campagne, des ballades et des habitants. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés les lits étaient faits, l'eau chaude fonctionnait ainsi que le gaz pour la cuisine. Un agréable séjour que nous recommandons.

In cucina, se la proprietà lasciasse l'interno dei mobili un po più vuoti sarebbe meglio.
Il mocio per pulire per terra dava a desiderare.
