We loved the place, and we hope to return some day

This place is located in a beautiful place. This restored village has a nice story behind it. The staff are wonderful and kind, and Breakfast is great. The river in the valley below is beautiful and offers many activities. the staff will help you arrange some if you want.

The rooms are old and basic. It feels more of a guest house in the Himalaya than a hotel in Tuscany. We liked it, but its not for everybody. The approach uphill with a vehicle (at night, after rain) is a bit challenging...

a great place with lots of charm

We've spent 6 nights at Agritourismo Pian di Fiume and wish we could have spent more. This place is a true gem in terms of location, surrounded by mountains and trees. Staff were amazing and always helpful (thank you for doing our laundry:) and food was delicious:) thank you so much

Wow…..an amazing place!

This was my second visit to this property, and somehow, it managed to top the first. The charming village setting, combined with the incredible staff and absolutely amazing food, made this stay unforgettable. If you have the chance, treat yourself to dinner here—you won’t regret it! If you’re curious about life on a farm or want to experience the taste of truly organic food, this is the perfect place to visit. My only minor downsides: I wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi, and I do wish there had been a television option for a bit of evening relaxation.

Exceptional

Such a wonderful place with a great history and engaged people that work there. We all loved it very much. The pool was warm at the beginning of June, the chess playground was a wonderful idea, we ejoyed playing very much. The breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks trip in Italy. The surroundings, animals, nature, views are amazing. It was great that we could have lunch and dinners at the place and not to leave the farm not for a moment. I hope we will come back.

A lovely place for our overnight stop in the area.

Delicious food, including an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were welcoming, friendly, polite and knowledgable. Professionally trained in table service etiquette which is so rare nowadays. We will return without hesitation, if we in the area again.

Extremely wonderful stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a very quaint and beautiful village, with wonderfully furnished rooms. The buildings may be old but they have all the modern fittings, good heating during winter, and the beds were comfortable. We had an amazing night here and wished we had booked for more days. The hosts Daniela and Massimo were extremely friendly and you can tell they just love this place with all the hard work they have put into it and the way they explained their work and interact with the guests. This place makes their own honey, jams, cheeses and wine. The restaurant is fantastic, and is honestly one of the best meals we had during our trip.

Big comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent food, refreshing swimming pool and amazing surrounding. Our 2 year old really liked the pool, the pasta and the cows :) We regret not staying longer.

Definately worth staying!

Overall this place is beautiful! The staff are lovely and helpful. The property is amazing! The restaurant is fantastic, great food and also great staff! The bed is perfectly okay... only for personal reasons the bed was not so comfy... for others it might be just right.

The room was okay.. it was dark and the bathroom was tiny. Except for dust webs along the ceiling the room was very clean. The location is beautiful but in the middle of no-where. Meaning it takes a long drive along small streets to get there.

Loved this place

I’m cycling around Italy staying in many different accommodations. After a long days cycle I was blown away when I arrived at Pian Di Fiume. Beautiful location, amazing home grown food, lovely animals, breathtaking scenery but above all else kind generous people who made me feel so welcome. Was so sad to leave this place! Highly recommended. My favourite in Italy!

This place is a fairytale

The place is incredible- And the staff is amazing, they were super nice, smiling and making sure we had a great time!! Facilities, people and services were way beyond what we expected - overall we had a super nice stay with our 15 months old kid who was also very happy there :) Location is pretty convenient too, nor far from many cities that are worth seeing, but you also have trekking paths, rafting etc nearby. And then after a day exploring, you can come back to a peaceful environment, relax and refresh in the swimming pool and enjoy the sound of nature!

Bellissimo e buonissimo!

Very big structure with own farm, there are pigs, sheep’s, cows, ducks etc and a wonderful shepard dog! Stuff is very kind and helpful. Food in the restaurant is fantastic, also there is possibility to degustate and to buy liquores and jams and oil that they produce in structure. Even in cold winter night we spent a cozy evening near to a fireplace. We spend an excellent weekend, absolutely nothing negative to say. Highly recommended!

Great value for money and enough to do and see in the direct neigborhood

We loved everything about it. We were here two years ago and the staff is still as enthousiastic as ever. Breakfast and dinner are great and the location even better.

On sunday you could hear the motorcycles on the road down by the river but not much you can do about that :-)

Magische Zeit

Ein wunderbares restauriertes mittelalterliches Dörfchen, welches eingebettet ist in eine traumhafte Landschaft. Wir haben dort 4 Nächte verbracht und waren von diesem Ort begeistert. Es herrscht eine außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre, welche einem Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit bietet. Man spürt, dass die Betreiber mit viel Herz dabei sind. Alle Angestellten waren ausnahmslos freundlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das grandiose Essensangebot!

Die Anfahrt war etwas holprig. Wenn man jedoch langsam fährt, ist dieser Weg dennoch gut machbar.

Perfecte vakantie gehad!

De locatie is prachtig! Tegen een berg op ligt de accomodatie, mooi gerestaureerde huisjes waar de appartementen/studio's/kamers zich bevinden. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en is heel schoon. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgen ervoor dat je je thuis voelt. Het restaurant heeft heerlijk lokaal en vers eten, de rest van het terrein is een heerlijk wandelgebied, tussen de loslopende dieren. Het zwembad is perfect om lekker af te koelen. In de omgeving kun je lekkere pizza eten en in Bagni di Lucca heb je leuke barretjes en een mooie speeltuin. Wij waren hier met hond en onze dochter van 1,5 en zouden hier zo terug naartoe gaan!

Een hor voor de ramen zou een toevoeging zijn maar dit is niet storend geweest.
