My son, husband, and I had a wonderful getaway over the holidays. This was our second year. St. Lucia is so beautiful, and everyone is so friendly. This house is in an excellent location for Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, beaches, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt welcomed, privacy was key and very outgoing friendly host Greg! His knowledge of the area and island was superb and helped us greatly! When I daughter came down for a week she was given her own suite which she appreciated greatly. The property and pool was very well maintained and it was nice knowing we had the pool to cool off but also to lounge and catch some rays!! Very friendly island people and if you are not a partier and just want quiet and peace and rest this is the place to come to! I would recommend and we certainly will be back. We knew we would love St. Lucia as well! Beautiful island, good local food and very good weather too especially during the 16 days we were here! Thank you Greg! ❤️

We stayed at Sun West Villas (Caboya) for 14 nights and have returned home feeling very refreshed, relaxed and positively reflective of our experience. As with the majority of the previous reviews Greg made us feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble and he is a great host, offering valued information of his island which I feel you would miss if staying in an all-inclusive resort. He has a great sense of humour and made the whole holiday experience that more enjoyable by being totally humanistic in his approach to life!
The apartment had air-con and was comfortable, clean and spacious.
We love to walk so we didn't always accept transport into town, the beach or to the marina which was our favourite place to spend some time observing the yachts whilst sipping on a coke or the local Piton beer.
Overall I would highly recommend a visit to St Lucia, it is a relatively small island with pretty winding roads, lush rain forests and beautiful beaches. The people are extremely friendly and although that may sound cliché 99.9% of locals always acknowledge your presence and in a positive manner.
Thank you Greg for your hospitality, humour and the time you gave to us, we hope to return again in the future.

This was our first time to St Lucia and we decided to start our trip with a nine night stay at Sun West Villas and feel we made the perfect choice. Our one bedroom apartment had a lovely private verandah and was located near the swimming pool and gather us the peace and quiet we were looking for. We loved the location, being out of the main town of Rodney Bay, which was still easily accessible. The owner Greg was the perfect host, picking us up from the airport, taking us to the supermarket and providing us with all the information we could have wished for. The day after our arrival he took us on an orientation tour of the area, which was very informative, and also provided us with a mobile telephone so we could contact him to be dropped or picked up from town at no cost. We also booked Greg's full day tour around the Island which was great fun and virtually covered the whole of the Island! This was definitely a good start to a great holiday in beautiful St Lucia.
