This peaceful gated compound is located in the heart of Rodney Bay. Its convenient location affords an easy walk to the famous Reduit Beach, the Marina, restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores & entertainment.
The villa is laid back and comforting. The living/dining room is complete with a smart TV, Amazon Fire & Free Wi-Fi . This room enjoys a lovely ocean breeze when the french windows and doors are opened. The front door leads to a shared pool surrounded by lounge chairs and tables and a perfectly manicured garden. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. There is a well equipped kitchen with granite counters, a grill well suited for barbecues with barbecue utensils, a wash room with a washing machine & a small powder room.
Upstairs master bedroom has a divine king size bed, French linen sheets, additional luxury hotel bedding and plush pillows bed with a bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed & its own bathroom. This space also features a writing desk and swivel chair just in case you have to do a little work while on holiday.
You can prepare your own food retrieved from colourful local produce markets & dine at home. Or, if you prefer, take a short stroll nearby through the charming streets to spoil yourselves with local gastronomic dining in Rodney Bay Village or the Marina.

I had an amazing stay at this villa! It was spotless, spacious, and had such a relaxing vibe. The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to everything I wanted to see in St. Lucia. I also really appreciated how secure the property was, with gated access and high fences that made me feel completely safe at all times. The host was super friendly and incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions and make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay - I’d definitely come back here again!

The property is very spacious, main bedroom is huge and second bedroom also roomy. Bathrooms clean and sizeable. Supermarket 2 minutes away and bars and restaurants 8 minutes walk.
Kitchen has all modern conveniences and the pool is a nice accessory.

This property was perfect for us, 3 adults. The main bedroom was huge and the super king size bed was very comfy indeed. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. A lovely welcome pack on arrival with milk, eggs bread and a few others bits was really appreciated for our evening arrival. Our host also sorted private transfers for us, which saved us a job and he was brilliant. The AC was not working downstairs and at first we were a little disappointed but then we opened up all the doors and windows and the fresh air came in, it was better than everything being closed up and using the AC. The AC worked in both bedrooms, which was great, so a lovely cool nights sleep.
We had not realised when booking that it didn't have a private balcony, however this didn't cause any discomfort at all because there was plenty of room to sit by the pool on the communal tables and chairs.
The pool was lovely and clean and there was hardly anyone using it, we had this ourselves almost the whole time we were there. The whole outside area was very well maintained.
Fabulous location, walking distance into Rodney Bay town, the marina and the lovely Reduit beach.
The supermarket next door was a big help too being so close.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend our brilliant host Tenesha who was on hand via Whattsapp to answer any queries we had.
