About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of Rodney Bay. Through the automatic gates one enters the gated converted community of “The Harbour” Rodney Bay. There awaits one, privacy, comfort and the opportunity to simply unwind. The condominium location allows for easy commute of approximately 5-minute walk to all the major amenities and night life experiences nearby from dinners, bar hopping, the casino and malls. The closest grocery store is a short 2-minute walk away.
On entrance of the condo is the capacious open plan engulfed with natural lighting creating a dramatic welcoming effect. The living quarters are bordered by tall glass sliding doors giving an alluring unobstructed view of the sparkling waterfront. The unit has an airy ambiance with high ceilings of exposed rafters throughout the dwelling.
To the right of the front door is the U- shaped kitchen. The countertop is of a smooth beige granite finish. The room is fitted with all the necessary appliances (including a dishwasher) so that creating delicious meals will be done with ease. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with chairs for added front row sitting to serve hot steaming meals. It also acts as a divider to the dining room adjacent.
The dining room is styled with a 7-piece set with an elegant chandelier piece overhead. The area depicts a more traditional and intimate eating arrangement.
The living room is fitted with cream patterned couches. One 3-seater which converts to a queen size sofa bed and one 2-seater with neutral coloured throw pillows. There is also a study area with a desk and chair. The living room also contains a 65” smart television.
The bedroom is spacious with a minimalistic and clean aesthetic. It has a king-sized bed with a lovely, curved detailed white headboard. The room bears a ceiling fan and AC unit and boast an ensuite, a walk-in closet and flat screen television. The ensuite has a glass enclosed tiled standing shower with a vanity.
Between the bedroom and living room there is a 2-piece bathroom and a closet containing a washer and dryer.
The patio is decked with outdoor furniture and comes with a hammock installed swaying in perfect rhythm with the cool breeze. This gives the best indoor-outdoor relaxation with a tropical post card setting in the background.
The unit provides access to the wide communal pool.
A short 10-15 minute walk away is the breath taking Reduit beach if one decides to have a more open natural atmosphere. There one can dine at the nearby restaurant or enjoy the warm weather at the beach with the white sand beneath your feet and clear waters steps away compelling one to dive in.
The condominium also provides as added security of night patrol.

This is a spacious apartment with a wonderful, waterfront view. It is located extremely close to many restaurants and stores. The apartment is on the third floor and it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked, making it convenient to cook your own meals. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedroom worked very well. Wilbertha was a very accommodating host, giving us many helpful tips.

As soon as we arrived at the Condo we knew we'd chosen well. So much so that we extended our stay from 7 to 10 days!
The check in process was seamless. Wilbertha, the property manager, met us at the Condo and showed us where everything was, then left us to enjoy it.
It is a 1 bedroom Condo but very spacious - the photos don't do it justice.
The bedroom is large with a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The bed is both large and very comfortable.
The living area is open plan and comfortable, it is easy to make yourself at home here. One of the sofas has a pull out sofa bed.
The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils; everything you would require for cooking at home.
The balcony has beautiful views over the harbour which can be enjoyed from the rocking chairs or the hammock - perfect for relaxing!
The balcony also has a small table and chairs which are great if you choose to have breakfast or dinner at home.
The Condo is right next to a supermarket. Also, one of the security gates opens on to the Main Street of Rodney Bay so very close to bars and restaurants. Despite this you don't really hear much noise from the music and revelry.
Reduit beach was about a 15min walk for us (with a 5 year old), we chose to drive most days as it was so hot but the walk isn't strenuous.
Special mention goes to the amazing Wilbertha who was on hand throughout our stay to answer the many (many!) questions we had and helped with taxis, tours etc.

We went there for a week, the property was extremely beautiful the one problem was the sofa bed , it was very springy, not comfortable at all, we were supposed to go with a party of 4, but they had a problem coming , but I am happy they did not come because the sofa bed would not be comfortable at all
