About this apartment rental
Lovely modern 1st floor apartment opposite Paignton beach, seafront and the pier. Fantastic location for a great holiday or a few days away. Great for children with lots to do.
With a large bedroom, kitchen/diner/ lounge and full bathroom with over bath shower.
Smart Tv, free WiFi, and secure parking.
Use of the communal heated Pool in the warmer months.(June until end of Sept )
Sleeps a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) or family of 4 with an infant.
Double bed, bunk beds and put up bed for a smaller child.
Perfect location for all the attractions The English Riviera has to offer.The train and bus station are both a 5 minute walk away. Opposite Paignton Pier and the beach.

Great stay again at the esplanade apartments great to have on site parking free and nice warm outdoor pool .stayed in same apartment as last year everthing was as good .

Only one small suggestion: better cookware and suitable implements.
