Did not stay, host refused to give us our paid for and reserved cabin

Scam is the word for this host. After reserving a 2 night stay at this place, my family and I left towards Mazamitla. When we arrived, it took a while for someone to receive us. When the lady finally arrived, the cabin the host had told her to give us was incorrect. Even after contacting booking agents to confirm that my cabin was a different one, he refused to honor the booking. After an hour or so, of frustration and going back and forth on the phone with agents and host, the host's only solution was for me to pay more money for the cabin I had already booked! The host agreed to refund money, and to no surprise, did not honor that as well. DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, stay away and save yourselves the time and a headache.

First of all, I have to look through the place for the key person,furniture super dusty, broken microwave plate, super old pots and pans, no shower mat and the key lady told me that I have to pay firewood separate to her.

It's close to the main plaza.

There is a notification on one of the walls that says after 9:30pm or so there shouldn't be any loud music, however, Saturday there was a large group of people with Carne Asada and a party in the main patio, way pass 11pm. Very loud with music. Also a dog, that barks a lot at night (probably a neighbors' dog). Couldn't sleep that night. The mattress, too hard, and no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Acogedora cabaña con excelente ubicación para desconectarse en la naturaleza.

Es una cabaña que se ve aún más linda que en las fotos, da la sensación de estar en medio del bosque por su privacidad y genuina decoración, con una relación precio-calidad ideal. La atención de nuestra anfitriona fue inmejorable, muy amable, todo muy cómodo y útil, como las cargas de leña. El ponche que nos ofreció nuestra anfitriona después de la ligera lluvia invernal. fue el plus que hizo de nuestra visita una estadía mágica y con una ubicación magnífica, cerca de la central de autobuses y del centro y con una tiendita de abarrotes en la esquina!, definitivamente volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Un poco de shampoo para hacer espuma en el jacuzzi, habría estado más que genial.

La tina de hidromasaje le dio un plus a la estadía, la cabaña en general estaba limpia y ordenada. Había agua caliente en toda hora del día.

El voltaje no era el ideal para conectar varios dispositivos a los toma corrientes, ya que teníamos que desconectar todos los demás para contestar un cargador de teléfono. No cuenta con internet.

El lugar muy céntrico con área de estacionamiento y con una atención de lo mejor de la Sra Esther … siempre atenta a nuestros requerimientos !!!

Creo que tienen oportunidad de mejorar lo electrodomésticos que incluye la cabaña ya que están un poco maltratados !!!

Buena cabaña pésima noche

La ubicación estuvo muy buena ya que no está en el centro donde está el ruido de todo pero tampoco está tan lejos que aya que preparáse de antemano con las cosas entonces está la tranquilidad pero con la comodidad se solo moverse un poco y tener de todo

La cama fue algo de lo que si me debo de quejar nosotros viajamos en moto entonces al llegar buscamos comodidad para poder descansar pero la cama que estaba en la cabaña número 7 estaba en muy malas condiciones no me puedo quejar de otra cosa ya que lo demás estuvo execelente peor la cama considero que en cualquier hospedaje es de lo más importante y ahí si me quedaron a deber

La pasamos muy bien, si volveria.

Esta relativamente cerca de la plaza principal donde hay varias opciones para la comida, la cabaña 5 esta muy bien, es limpia, mobiliario es cómodo. Hay utensilios de cocina. Te dejan dos cargas de madera para la chimenea, hay tienda cerca, personal amable, buen precio.

Durante el día pasan varios vehículos motorizados con su música (cuatrimotos, racers), el internet es algo inestable.

Estancia muy comoda.

Se puede llegar caminando desde la central y varios lugares. Ideal si llegas a mazamitla en camion.

La instalación del baño un poco vieja, pero funcional. Como la renta de motos es un negocio ahi, las cabañas estan situadas sobre calles muy transitadas de motos y RZRs, podrías batallar para dormir.

Lugar tranquilo para estar en familia

Me gustó mucho el lugar, desde que llegas te atienden muy bien. Cuenta con estacionamiento, áreas verdes (son pequeñas pero lo suficiente espacio para tomar buenas fotos) llegas caminando al centro y la cabaña aunque un poco antigua cumple perfectamente considerando calidad-precio

El único punto que podría poner a mejorar es que cambiarán las sábanas por unas nuevas pero tampoco es queja.

La cabaña, muy acogedora, equipada con lo necesario, cocineta, articulos para cocinar. La sra Esther fue muy amable, accesible, nos mostró las instalaciones y contestó nuestras preguntas

No me gusto la señal wlfi, fue muy mala conexión de internet. pantalla chica con un solo canal, sin opción a multimedia ni TV por cable. No me gustó tener que andar cuantificando cada una de las almohadas, sábanas, cada cuchara, plato, taza, etc antes de firmar un inventario obligatorio. Nota:Es importante verificar si existen todo lo que el formulario/inventario menciona, puesto que decía que había 2 batas de baño y cuatro toallas que no existían en físico. fué muy tedioso y pérdida de tiempo para nuestro descanso

Jakuzy inservible 😕

Que estaba muy cerca del centro y de tiendas

No tenía lo que decía la publicación, pagué x una cabaña con jakuzy, el cual no sirvió, al prender el hidromasaje empezó a salir pedazos de basura y a vaciarse el agua, los asadores todos agujerados y viejos, la cabaña no tenía un espacio para asar tu carne era un área común, para todas las cabañas. ☹️
