The staff was very friendly, kind, and attentive. They greeted us with open arms and were there to see us off. They had plenty of blankets for the beds to stay warm when sleeping.
The room was downstairs with little light. The lightbulbs seemed to be only 25-45 watts and with all of them on, it was still quite dark. There was NO hot water, in the kitchen, bathroom sink or to take a shower. There was NO heating in the place so it was as cold inside as it was outside. We were staying there in January so it was more noticable.
