Remote. Quiet. Beautiful surroundings. Tons of room for bigger groups. The best? Polo! The groundskeeper. He was super kind and attentive to all of our needs (we were not prepared for being so remote and he saved the day!)
Our lack of proper planning. If you don't have a vehicle, make sure you bring all your supplies. The cabin is remote (which is great) but if you don't plan properly, you can run into trouble. There is absolutely nothing for supplies within walking distance. The local store (El Tigre) does deliveries. They know how to get to the property, this is great because I would not have been able to explain how to get to the cabin
