The apartment was spacious, clean, had air conditioning and had a machine washer. It was located within 15 minutes by tram to everything.
The pillows were uncomfortable.

I found the general layout of the apartment great. Simplistic but also elevated and comfortable. It was a great check in/out system with the key card and when needed they answered the phone on the first ring.

keys were in a kiosk that you had to log into with your reservation number and scan passport-secure building, large rooms, great neighborhood with tram access. Liked having an elevator since we were on 5th floor
Nespresso machine leaked water after first cup-needs to be replaced. Apartment was warm even when we turned off heaters; could use a fan in bedrooms. Wished there were more towels-only one large and one small for the whole week.
