The complex is a family business that puts hospitality first! Very friendly and very attentive! They receive you as family members from the very first moment until your departure! The location is excellent: in a quiet part of Faliraki, right at the beach, and still at walking distance from the centre of town. Breakfast and dinner are first class. Highly recommended!

The couch in the apartment could use a replacement. That’s all.

Everything was wonderful. From the greeting on arrival, Stamatis and his family were attentive to every detail of our holidays. Our room was nicely decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. The restaurant and cafe-bar serve exxellent food at reasonable price and the beach is just a step away. A short walk from Faliraki harbour & town, Tsambikos apts offers perfect greek hospitality. Stamatis also provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, visits & activities enabling us to havea completely stress free holidays. 100% recommended

We will 1000% be back. ❤️ If you are considering booking Tsambikos Apartments, do not think twice. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with our two kids, and it was HUGE, immaculate, and so comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. Our flight landed close to midnight, and Stamatis helped us arrange transportation, stayed up waiting for us, and made sure we were completely checked in and settled. When we arrived, there was water and sandwiches waiting for us, which may sound like a small thing, and after traveling late at night with two kids, it felt like the biggest act of kindness. The service throughout our entire stay was incredible. The whole family and staff were so welcoming, and when you learn the story behind the restaurant and apartments, you can really understand the love and pride that goes into this place. The apartment itself was spotless. The cleaning was exceptional, and you can tell they truly take pride in maintaining the property. We also loved Kathara Beach Bar and the restaurant. The food was amazing, the seafood was ridiculously fresh, the gyros were delicious and inexpensive, and the service everywhere was wonderful. One of our favorite days of the entire trip was spent in their private beach area. We literally stayed there all day relaxing, eating, swimming, and enjoying the sea. It was exactly the kind of slow, peaceful Greek island day we were hoping for. The location was also perfect for us. We walked almost everywhere. It was about a 12-minute walk to the shops, restaurants, and Bar Street, while still being far enough away to feel relaxed and peaceful when we came back. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
