Beautiful Villa with spectacular views over Faliraki.

a little bit isolated. 20 minute walk to centre of town.

Very modern , clean, lots of essentials, greeted with explanation of how each appliance works. Great view of faliraki. Very close to ladiko and Anthony Quinn bay and astronomy Café. Lots of AC units Lots of essential equipment around the house. Very Well maintained. Well priced. Photos do not do this property justice ! Fantastic all around ! Lots of basics left in house, salt, pepper, sugar , coffee, cleaning bits etc Black out blinds/shutters in every bedroom room but the extra /spare room There is wifi They are presently in the process of setting up a hot tub but this has not been completed, but will be amazing once finished. BBQ and Patio and Balcony areas amazing. Very spacious Pool well maintained No issues with Bugs or Mosquitos (visited start of october) Very nice staff with easy organisation/communication via what's app. We had a good experience with early check in and late check out, as luckily this was Available during out stay (subject to availability) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would find it very difficult to complain about this property at all as it was mostly excellent and very much exceeded my expectations!!!!! One of the double bedrooms had a change from photos, was an adjustable pull out couch Like set up, which we easily figured out and set up as we wanted to sleep in 4 seperate rooms ! I think this room had no blinds also as the windows were internal into the living Area so these could be nice. Very minor detail , I would find it hard to complain about the property. But more to advise people before hand to ask for this to be set up if you want an extra double room (3 double rooms total if you include this this one, and there is another twin room with very roomy beds, biggest twin beds I've seen before !!!! ) 😎😎😎

the quality of the bed in the main bedroom on the ground floor and the sun beds round the pool were very poor and did not match the quality of the rest of the Villa
