This contemporary crafted villa combines bright interior design with warm colors and vibes. The property is designed for comfort and luxury and conveniently accommodates up to 8 guests.

air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and balconies. Also, it has 4 bathrooms
with a shower, 3 of them are ensuite. The property has a fully equipped kitchen
suitable for any meal preparation. Francis Luxury Villa has a spacious open
plan living room with comfortable sitting areas designed for ultimate
relaxation, equipped with flat screen TV, satellite channels and a surround
sound system. Outdoors, theres a private swimming pool surrounded by the
sunbeds and the mesmerizing sea view and a sitting area. You can always prepare
a meal at the BBQ facilities and enjoy a gathering with your loved ones
especially recommended on the golden hours.
Francis Luxury Villa is located on a hilltop, only a 5-minute drive from the blue flag-certified beach of Afantou. Guests will certainly find everything they might need during their stay such as shops, pharmacies, etc. at Afantou village. The airport of the island is found at 25 minutes. Tsampika beach considered the best sandy beach in Rhodes, is only 15 minutes away by car. One of the most charming locations in Rhodes, Anthony Quinn Bay is only 15 minutes away. You shouldnt miss visiting Lindos, at a driving distance of 35 minutes, and its magnificent Acropolis. There youll find the most magnificent archaeological site of Rhodes along with the most idyllic beaches. Also, you should visit the Old Town of Rhodes, which is known as the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe and is located at a driving distance of only 30 minutes.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

Beautiful villa with a fantastic view! The best holiday accommodation we've stayed in. The villa is of a great standard and very clean and tidy. We had a slight issue with the air-conditioning downstairs, we reported it late afternoon and it was fixed first thing the next day. Overall, a fantastic holiday!

Francis Villa is simply superb and exceeded expectations. The property is well designed and fitted out to a high standard. The pool was spotless and the views and setting are fabulous. Gregory the owner was on hand for any issues. A car is pretty much a must though and look out for the mountain goats - welcome visitors from time to time.

Deze prachtige vakantievilla, die wat hoger op een berg ligt heeft een geweldig uitzicht over zee en veel privacy. Het huis is zeer smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien voor een zorgeloze vakantie. Het huis was zeer schoon en de ontvangst van Anestis was gastvrij en vriendelijk. We hebben een geweldige week gehad op deze plek waarbij een bezoek aan de Taverna Mimakos die vlakbij ligt zeer de moeite waard is. We werden hier zeer gastvrij ontvangen met heerlijk lokaal Grieks eten. Daarnaast is een bezoek aan de paradijselijke Anthony Quin bay eveneens een highlight. Wij hebben genoten van deze week!

Super Haus mit modernster Ausstattung. Angefangen vom Geschirrspüler, vom Herd bis hin zur Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super Lage mit Blick auf`s Meer. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Traumhaft!!!
