The Sea Cruise Hotel has a good location within Sokcho. It is near the market. The rooms in the hotel are clean with a nice view and modern bathroom.
Our room had a LOT of stains on the carpet - beyond acceptable especially as this could be easily replaced.
It does take away from the guest experience and it is something so simple.
Also, if you are looking to holiday in Sokcho in order to use the beach then you will need to taxi to get there.

Very clean and well located. Breakfast was impressive.
Lifts may be over crowded if there’s a large tour group. Just be aware and avoid their timings.

Location is great very great. Staff was nice. Room view is very nice.
Bit old and not in very good condition. It was just clean, not dusty and some level of dirt in bathroom and the room. Heater was set on 30 degrees when I entered the room (winter). I tried to disable it, but it would restart automatically every few hours, and it is quite noisy.
