About this house rental

Stylish, up-to-date, Bedford Stone, single level home on Indianapolis Road, just a 3 minute drive to DePauw University, Crown Industrial Park, and the Historic Downtown full of Fine Dining, Craft Beer & Wine, Music and other entertainment. 300 feet from People's Pathway. Located in the heart of Covered Bridge country. 40 Minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport and the Indy 500 raceway.

This 2 bedroom house has a large living room and open dining room. All original hardwood oak flooring and new furniture. Enjoy the 55" Roku TV or sit on the private patio, relax and grill out.

There is a full laundry room including and ironing board and iron, laundry detergents and baskets if you need to refresh your wardrobe while you are staying in town.

You'll fall in love with this clean, charming house that is so conveniently located on a "main drag" but in a residential setting of green lawns and blue skies...(well, I can't guarantee the blue skies! But Indiana is beautiful!)
