Extremely enjoyable.

The breakfast was large, but poor taste. We did not return the second morning, but went to Crossroads 46 where the food was more palatable.

The breakfast. The TV was constantly interrupted for buffering, but we found other things to do.

They need a memory foam topper on the bed . The mattress was really hard. I did enjoy all the pillows though

I’ll stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Arrived just ahead of a snowstorm and end up having to stay a second night. So glad I chose the Inn. Cozy, great food, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Charming Inn nestled in the ❤️of Indiana

The property was quaint. The restaurant and guest lounge are so inviting. The price for room very economical. Very charming.

There was mold in the shower grout on the ceiling. There is a faint water damage smell.

It’s always a pleasure staying at the canyon inn

We had pie and coffee our last evening there at the restaurant. The young lady that waited on us was excellent. I didn’t get her name but I believe she said she had just moved there from Tenn

Overall the staff and lodge were excellent.

Room was rather small but it was built with the original building. We’d recommend a new bathroom fan and on a separate switch because it was rather loud and went on with the light.

Nice rustic setting that can bring one close to God out in the "wilderness".

Bathroom extremely small. Loud talker in Lodge ended our ability to read.. Had one meal in dining room. Took over 1/2 hour for my meal to come. In the meantime, my wife made two trips to the salad bar and was done before my food came. They were not overcrowded.

Perfect weekend getaway

The staff was great and friendly. The food was really good, service was slow but we weren't in a rush anyways. We were at a wedding across the street so the location was perfect. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. Very clean

Beautiful surroundings. When I checked in at the desk, the receptionist was so friendly and explained all of the amenities that were available. Had a little trouble with the coffeemaker (my fault) and the gentleman was there within minutes to help me out. I found the service there was exceptional.

I have loved staying here for nearly 40 years and look forward to our trip every,single year!!! It’s one of my all-time favorite places :-)

While I truly love the inn, it could use a few updates on the outdated WiFi and some outdated equipment. But I know it’s an older place and this happens. We also thought that the outdoor area, specifically the rec center and surrounding area, didn’t have enough seating options! Just some simple, stackable outdoor chairs would make a world of difference!

Air conditioning didn’t work on arrival, but staff had maintenance fix the problem. Refrigerator also did not work. State park still charges admission to the park even though you are staying in the inn.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay, and plan to do it again.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The views and grounds are amazing. There is plenty to do, explore, and comfortable places to relax. It's quiet in the rooms, everything was very clean, and well stocked. They have a nice dining room and we enjoyed shopping in the gift shop!

Good facility for the price

The property is very clean and near where I needed to be for graduation. The scenery is also very nice there and it was super quiet which I like. The bed was comfortable and was happy that we got a refrigerator.

The rooms are very small. We actually had two different rooms there as we had to move in the middle of our stay and even the deluxe queen room would not allow two people to walk past the bed and TV at a time. It worked for us, but it is incredibly small.

This Inn has always been a nice peaceful place to stay. Will always stay here when in town.

The staff was great! Very accommodating, I needed hot water for tea because there was not a microwave in the room, the desk clerk went all the way to the kitchen in the restaurant to get it for me. What ever you ask them for they try to get for you- extra blankets and a shower cap was other things I asked for.

The room was very small, but ok, but no microwave, that I did not like. But once again, the staff was right there to get me what I needed and they did not seem to mind.

We had a relaxing stay in the state park. We slept amazing and want to come back.

Very friendly staff, charming atmosphere, and wonderful location in the middle of the state park. We definitely want to come back. I liked also that the bedding materials were 100% cotton, which is uncommon. This is more comfortable, in my opinion. We slept amazing.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed, combining beautiful scenery and outstanding staff

Canyon Inn was outstanding from the minute we walked in the lobby, Desk staff (Celeste) was helpful and friendly, taking time to explain everything about the Inn and the surrounding area. I was expecting to be a little disappointed after finding out some parts of the park were closed due to tornado damage, but there was so much to do in the park and nearby area. The room was large and comfortable, everything was clean and quiet.

The only things we didn't like was not being able to stay longer.
