downtown Indy home near Lucas Oil stadium, convention center

Really beautiful home with some really pretty and interesting art pieces. Home was clean and beds were comfy. I thought it was odd that there isn’t a TV, but it wasn’t really a big deal for a one night stay.

This is a very cosy gem just hiding with that perfect mix of comfort and affordability that is so tough to find in this market. Rarely do you find a host that actually seems to care about her space, she has definitely made improvements over the past reviews that seem a bit critical. The bed is very comfortable and that couch is a great place to lounge around in the mornings. It's a smaller place but I thought that added to the charm, especially for a nice weekend getaway with a spouse. The street is quiet and doesn't seem to have a whole lot of traffic. It's very close to downtown and we just loved it. Can't wait to go back

Very nice and quaint home in a safe neighborhood just outside downtown Indy. We had a comfortable stay. One thing to note - there are no TVs on the property. But would stay here again!

The availability of the kitchen stuff was poor. Sticky notes saying not to use half of it. Not that I had the need. Limited utensils. No coffee pot, there was a press but was cracked and leaked on the counter. When I get there and was looking around, I opened up the refrigerator and freezer and there was leftover take out in both. And the trash had not been taken out in the main bed room. I notified the owner and they said they would take care of it the next day, but never did!!!. It is an old hose and shows its age. Get less then what you pay for!!!
