Room was clean, beds were clean, bathroom was clean. The only issue was the heat. The furnace would only stay lit for about 5 seconds (you could clearly hear and see the ignition and flames) and the room never got warmer than 62 degrees, no matter what the thermostat setting. It just felt cold.

The front door of the building was broken! It had a combination push button lock guests are supposed to use to enter, but it was not working properly. You could just grab the handle of the front door of the building and enter. This is poor security. Someone should be on top of that and repair the building front door lock!!!!!

This property was cute and cozy. Pros: location, available street parking, good air conditioning, kitchen cook wear and dishes, pull out couch, updated appliances, clen sheets and towels, night life and restaurants all around in walking distance. Cons: Dirty carpet, no art in bed room, The bedroom was so small that the bed was against a wall and the nightstand was between the closet and bed giving you only access to one side. The bed was basically on the floor. There was no box spring which left the bed like 3 inches off the floor. The room gave jail/ broke dorm room vibes. The blinds, window seals, lamps and main vent were covered in dust. There were water spots or stains on the celling in the kitchen and bathroom. The outer shower curtain was all white then the bottom was pinkish and dirty. If you don't like noise the bars across the street will not be good for you. On the weekend it was loud at night but I didn't mind it. I got to look into other units because I was always leaving while housekeeping was cleaning and I think my unit was the worst one. All the other units looked like the website except mine with the bedroom. I asked for a room with counter space as I had to make a cake and the website had units with the counter space and of course I got a unit with no space. FYI: The parking is a lot not a garage. Its easier to park on the street by the front door as you have no access to the back door and have to walk around to the front anyway.

The location was great, and the apartment layout and size were perfect for our family. However, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. When we arrived, there were dishes left in the dishwasher, and many of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. The air vents were extremely dusty and clearly in need of cleaning. Additionally, only one of the two stove burners worked, and one of the closets was unusable because it was being used to store a headboard.

Great location! Very accommodating for our stay, kitchen was well equipped! It gave home away from vibes. Minutes from everything in Indy. We will definitely stay again next summer!!

Overall, we did not have the best experience here. The area is great--super walkable, great restaurants, shopping, etc. But the overall experience at the Argyle wasn't great. The apartments were dingy, the towels smelled of mildew and things just felt like they were falling apart. Example, toilet paper folder was loose, towel rack holder also loose, just in general, not a top notch experience. Communication was good though we didn't get the code for our second apartment until 1 hour past check-in and it required a text and a call. Great for location, apartment condition not so much.

I really liked this place and I think we would come back!! However, I do wish that there was more lighting at the entrance of this location! At night it can be pretty dark and more light would help make it feel safer. And it would be great if there was possibly free parking or even a discounted rate… but other than those two things I think this place is a good option if you are staying in Indiana and want a close drive to Lucas Oil Stadium!!

The Argyle was in a safe neighborhood. I liked how you need a code to get into the building. The parking was very easy, didn't like how I had to get up at 6:30 am to go move my car or put money in the meter. The one thing it really needs is an elevator. It was very hard to carry luggage up flights of stairs.

The Argyle on Mass is the perfect place to stay in Indy. It’s located in the heart of the city and everything is walkable from this apartment. Check in, check out was seamless and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s the perfect option in lieu of over priced hotels!

Very convenient and cute place to stay! Only thing I recommend is a bigger waste basket in the kitchen and extra toilet paper under the sink in the bathroom. Other than that, my fiancè and I loved it!

Great downtown neighborhood. Queen size bed. The bad: Loud restaurant hood vent right outside the window. AC is also very loud.

Hard to find. Parking was not clearly listed in the summary that you needed to buy a parking pass. The building was dirty, garbage can in the lobby was full and not emptied during my 3 days there. The apartment was dated, the fan in the bathroom takes you back 15-20 years that it was extremely noisy that would turn on when the light was on. Lights in the bathroom flickered. Walls are very thin and I had problems sleeping. Great location, close to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great communication. The area has a lot of dining options within walking distance that are not fast food chains. If you stay here, be aware that it can be noisy. We could hear conversations people outside were having even though the windows were closed. The noise machines in the bedroom were very helpful at night. That is a really thoughtful touch that we appreciated very much. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at large hotels in the area for hundreds of dollars, but this stay was under $100—and honestly, the room was just as good, if not better, than those high-priced hotels. Exceptional value without sacrificing comfort. Highly recommend!
