Captain Bill’s A frame at the lake for 2-7 guests. Another luxury property in Captain Bill’s fleet. Relax inside or out, in the shared pool or on the lake and be sure to visit the Cataract Falls a short drive from the house.

Next to Captain Bill's Lake house is Captain Bill's and Becky's main home. Depending on the time of year (pool is seasonal), guests are welcome to the pool area. The pool is in a private setting, available to myself and invited guests. The pool opens the third week in May and closes end of September. Depending on the times you visit you may have the entire pool area to yourself or shared with Captain Bill, Becky and friends.

We wanted a couple of days somewhere that wasn’t too far from home but made us feel as though we were, and that is EXACTLY what we got! We began our weekend by entering a BEAUTIFUL A-frame house with amply space and gorgeous furnishings. There were even 3 patios: one off of the main room, one off of an upstairs bedroom, and a large patio off of the master bedroom. This was the nicest, cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. As if this beautiful space wasn’t enough, we walked a few steps up the driveway to the cherry on top of this rental. Inside the privacy fence, we found the most spectacular pool experience EVER. The pool was PERFECT (water temp. was SPOT ON), and the amenities were endless. The decor, comfy couches and chairs, and pool created an outstanding oasis that we never wanted to leave… but leave we did to explore nearby Cataract Falls. The falls were so serene and mesmerizing. They are a must! Our wonderful weekend was complete because of our VERY GRACIOUS hosts, Bill and Becky. They were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They even spent some extra time with us helping us to explore the falls. We really can’t say enough about their warm hospitality. Book with Becky and Bill! You’ll be glad you did!

Cpt. Bill's Lake House is amazing. The house is spacious, immaculate and has everything you would need. The pool makes it someplace you never even want to leave. We stayed here as a family before dropping my son off at college nearby and had such a nice time we for sure will return.

We had a lovely week staying in this house! There was enough room for our family of 5. Our kids absolutely loved the beautiful pool and we swam there everyday, almost always having the pool to ourselves. We enjoyed spending time together playing board games and cards each night. We also took advantage of the nearby lake and waterfalls. The only thing that was missing was a washer and dryer. We had such a great stay and would come again!

My husband and I hosted our baby shower on the property (which is lovely) and it was better than we could have ever hoped! All of our friends and family were able to come out and enjoy the pool. Bill and Becky were awesome, they made us feel super comfortable and were very accommodating when we had to add extra people to our reservation. Prior to the shower we stayed the weekend to enjoy the lake and relax which was also 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

What a delightfully arranged 2 story home away from home! 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites with lovely surroundings. Restful and restorative because everything one could want is available. The Captain and his wife are thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend! Nearby Cataract Falls are a "don't miss" with its covered bridge and easy hiking trails.
