About this apartment rental
This is a 4 Bedroom plus small loft, 3 Bath (1900 square feet) townhome with a keyless entry and a 10 person max including children of all ages.
Parking is in an attached 2 car garage (height 7 feet). To enter, you walk from inside the garage into the condo or use the front door.
Once inside, there is a small area to remove shoes and boots, then you walk up 1 floor to the living area. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, kids bedroom, full hall bath, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided). The other 3 bedrooms are up one floor above the living area and the small loft is above the bedrooms.
The balcony has a south facing view toward Crowley Lake and the Owens Valley.
Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a wood burning stove. Wood is provided and is in the garage.
This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain
During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

We had a great time. We had 7 adults and the space was perfect. Every couple had their own room but we could all get together in the living room when we wanted to enjoy the fire, tv, food and of course beverages! Ski in ski out to Eagle was great. The path to Eagle was usually groomed unless very heavy snow. The location is also 3 minutes by car to the village. Garage fit both our large SUV’s.and the drive way was kept clear even with heavy snow. We will come back.

Awesome spot!!! The place was even better than we expected with a great space to hang out, 4 bedrooms and a loft area. The fireplace was perfect for the winter months and the kitchen had everything we needed. The ski in ski out is right by the house and goes down to Eagle lift. Our only issues were the fitness center isn't really one - there's one piece of equipment - and we had to drive the trash down to the entrance of the drive (not terrible just FYI). The garage fits two cars and you're given a parking pass for one more at the entranace. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and cozy at the same time! Great place. Ski in ski out options really worked! Wonderful bathtub for post skiing. Even in a humongous snow storm, the roads were kept clear and if you had chains, everything is fine.
