About this apartment rental

This beautiful 4 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom renovated townhome sleeps 14 and is steps from the slopes at Eagle Lodge. The home features amazing views of the Sherwins right from the couch of the living room. Relax by the gas fireplace or private jacuzzi located on the back deck, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area with seating for 8, and an additional 3 at the bar. The kitchen features all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse style sink. Or be the grill master with the BBQ gas grill on the back deck. The spacious living room offers a secondary dining or game table area, along with two comfortable couches to cozy up around the fireplace and watch the large flatscreen picture TV. The loft is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out and watch TV with their own private space. The townhome features two primary suites. The first primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, attached remodeled bathroom with shower and separate tub, and private access to the outdoor jacuzzi. The second master bedroom has a King bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom (also recently updated) with tub/shower combo. On the middle level is private laundry with a washer and dryer so you have all the conveniences of home. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen TV, while the fourth bedroom features a queen bed with a twin trundle below. There is a 4th updated full bathroom on the lower level with shower/bathtub combo. The loft area features a two twin beds with one twin trundle and flatscreen TV. A full bathroom with shower located at the entry level. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or in the summer for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor adventures, this home is the perfect base for your Mammoth stay. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool. Your stay also includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and cycling studios, as well as racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor pool, along with tennis and pickleball courts. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, 2 outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, and is 4 levels inside and no steps to enter the entrance level. If you are looking to stay in my Mammoth during winter, this is a perfect home for a big family it accommodates 3 couples , one master bedroom with master suite, another bedroom with a king bed and private restroom, 3 bedroom with a queen bed with a share bathroom with the 4th bedroom that’s has two bunks with a twin bed , and 5th bedroom being the loft . The loft in not private so u have to go the main living area to use the restroom in the hallway leading to the main living area ( kitchen , living room )It’s basically a three story home so if you’re in the bottom floor, you do have to go up the stairs to the main living area. It’s a nice home it needs updates in the kitchen with the utensils , but if u don’t care about that then you’re good . We did have an issue with the heating system because it seem like the heater would not go more than a certain temperature so I’d did get cold in the bottom floor . The house is great for a big family . And is also in a great location .

We had a mixed experience staying at the Bridges #5. The condo was spacious and well appointed. For the price I would have expected some basic staples to be available at check-in. Because we arrived during a snowstorm, we could not get to the market for a day. It would have been good to have basic spices, sugar, a small amount of laundry detergent, dish towels, etc. We originally rented a car to find out that you needed chains to drive on the highway. Luckily we were able to get a ride from Mammoth Taxi. Later we learned that there was no public transportation to get us into town and on a few occasions, the mountain closed due to wind and we were stranded at the bottom of Eagle Lodge with no way back. Even taxis were difficult to find during the storm and some would not go up to our road. What was described of ski on ski off was actually a short walk down the road and a climb over a huge snow bank and across a snowy path carrying your skis. This was manageable but could be difficult for smaller children or older adults. The snow also complicated things because our check in was delayed until 7:00 and we were left stranded outside waiting to get in. We enjoyed the hot tub. It wasn’t working when we got there but they had someone fix it shortly after we called. I would not stay there again. It would probably work for someone who drove from California, had their own 4W drive car with chains, and could easily access groceries for cooking as Covid limited our dining out options.
